I walked my mile on the tm while reading a book - my tm is older and doesn't have a book shelf on it so I was holding the book, lol - so I challenged my balance skills too.

I was a failure at the exercise yesterday. Because I didn't plan for it, I know. I had to do another WalMart trip and go water my Daddy's garden while he's on vacation last night. My twin sister is coming in from CA today and my house is a mess and my desk here at work is piled a foot deep and I'm going to go teach my little girls at church tonight......I don't know how to fit it in! I'm going to have to figure that out somehow.

All of you are so faithful to exercise and post every day! I'm so proud of you all!!! I guess I'll just keep coming here and posting my excuses until I actually have something to post!

Hope you're feeling better Sherri. The little girl I babysit for has a stomach bug, poor baby. I had to clean up the vomit while caring for her today. I hope I don't catch it.

Lots of exercise today 1.5 hrs combo of walking and light weights.
