112.5 today and quite acceptable, but what happened to my 110? Now I am getting used to a lower number and don't want it to go up any.

Very happy to be at 111.8 as we are having a big party on Saturday. I can indulge a little more. Already baked a low carb pumpkin cheesecake and am hoping there will be leftovers!

I know that feeling all too well. I've been on the higher end (still a couple pounds under my original goal ) but once you see those lower numbers, it can be a let-down!

Working on firming up. What are you all using for toning? I was looking at bow-flex, but it takes up so much room... have hand weights, & thinking I should buy some bigger ones. But I don't have a bench, or knowledge beyond arms.

I weighed yesterday instead of today because it was after a down day.
Stayed at 129.
I really like only weighing once a week. It's helping to change my mindset to maintaining and not wlm.

Forgot to weight in, all dressed now and waiting to go to the airport to fly to Ireland for the weekend.

Was up to 125 Last time I weighed in. After this weekend I expect it will be much higher!

Good morning everyone! Thanks for the kind welcome last week.

This morning I am 150.2--the same as last week. I am still weighing every day for now. I still don't trust that I can maintain this weight.

We are off on a short road trip this weekend to visit family and see my son's HS ensemble perform. We're bringing lots of LC stuff with us and I intend to stay on plan as much as possible.

DebbyL--I do kettlebell training at an RKC studio. I know that there are videos if you don't have something nearby. Kettebells take up very little room and they are a killer full-body workout if done right!

127.5 my lowest wt. yet. Down 1/2 lb.
Enjoying buying new clothes.
Getting my thyroid/adrenal meds regulated. Not quite there yet, but getting close.
