This morning I was at 255 and in the evening was at 253. Could be just a normal fluctuation or perhaps real weight loss. I'll know tomorrow!

120 today. I am going to take a month off from weighing and will post again on Sept 25. My goal is to lose about 2 or 3 pounds in a month's time. I will follow a stricter JUDDD and just have salad for supper 3x a week.

Not weighing today.

I have made several changes in my diet. Gave up oranges and now eating tuna salad, or celery sticks w Velveeta Blanco cheese. Salad only 3 nights a week with grilled chicken breast and eating 2 pieces of bacon for snack.

I'm mostly the same daily weigh, but once a week I'll be up a pound (.5 kg)
Eating the same/similar foods must have a lot to do with it.

It's very much a YMMV - I have an 8 lb range because I need it - if my knees/back or shoulders have inflammation/swelling, I can pick up 6 lbs in <36 hours. It's fluid balance shifts, of course, but my scale weight can shift very quickly.
