I'm also suffering with medication weight gain ( 2 weeks of estrogen!) ...soooo bloated but know it will pass. This is no doubt my highest weigh for years ....126.7 lb

I prefer to monitor my body fat rather than BMI and it is 20% (as measured by a DXA scan).

123lb (55.9kg) and that my friends is rock bottom for me. I'm now one day off completeing my 28 day Fast Metabolism Diet and very pleased with the outcome.JUDD is similar in that both calories and food are juggled.

NOT sure what sort of strategy it is. I eat salad 3 x a week with grilled chicken and no other meat. Some cottage cheese and a tomato. Even though I am not losing a lot I am not gaining and stay below 120. But is too close to call as successful. I am enjoying this plan too.
I will have to search the Fast Metabolism Diet and see what it is about.
119.8 today.

Totally bamboozled - just dropped down to 121.6lb (55.2kg) after 2 days eating 'normally'.
The Fast Metabolism Diet really helped me.
