Hi everyone!
I dropped 1/4 lb. closer to goal this week. The water weight is gone also.
Health is improving, amazed with how much I can get done in a day/week.
Since I still have 1 lb. to go till I hit my goal, I'm still doing the same things. Not "quite" sure what I'll add - once I want to stop losing.

168.2 this week. Much happier with that, 2 pounds down.

I think I have a problem: the weight I'm comfortable with is too close to where I live. In other words, I tend to be 167 to 168, so inevitably I'm occasionally above 168, and then I'm quite unhappy. Maybe I need to reset my mental numbers.

Stellar those numbers are hard. I get upset when I go over a number but it is good to have a place where you won't accept to get you looking at why gaining and make a plan. For me it is 122. I am happiest under 120.

I am amazed at all the losses here. That really inspires me!!

Thanks debbie. So if I got what you said, maybe it would be that I'm most comfortable under 168, but I'm going to take aggressive action when I hit 170?

Hi maintainers, I am joining your Friday weigh in thread! I have been low carbing for almost a year and a half, and reached my goal of 110 pounds 2 weeks ago right before my wedding (yay), I am up to 115 right now because I seriously didn't give a care to what I ate or drank on my honeymoon (I will only have one, right?!). I am actually quite surprised I only gained 5! Anyways, I am starting back on plan, and looking forward to it. All this extra sugar is giving m headaches I also think its okay for me to maintain between 110 and 115, but work to be on the lower end...do the rest of you allow yourselves a range?

Many congrats Junebug on that weight loss and on your wedding. I guess its ok about the extra 5 got by celebrating that very special event. I do allow myself a range of about 3 pounds.

111 today. No complaints about that number.

120. Same as last week. Right in my maintain zone but I prefer 118. Oh well maintaining good considering I am not dieting. I eat everything as long as gluten free. Just try not to eat too much. I tend to eat too much especially at 1130 at night after a hard 12 hour shift.

I give myself a zone 118-122. It is maintainable without starving myself. I am 5 foot. I find I look good. Yes 116 would be nice but hard to maintain. My goal at 56 years of age is to feel good in my own skin and to be less stressed about my weight. I still stress some and over eat at times. I know if I go over 122 I have to diet. I don't want to have to diet. I hate starving myself and I exercise a lot and extreme dieting makes exercise hard.

Up a pound from goal and at 136, but also planning to stack some wood this weekend! Did an intense workout yesterday (insanity fast & furious) so guessing holding onto a little water weight from that.

I JUST got to goal a week ago so I'm not comfortable with a "range" yet...but it's just one pound, got to be a little easier on myself!

Hi Everyone!

I was here in 2007 when I reached goal, stayed there for a long while till a flood in my house (lived in a hotel and ate out for 2 months) and a torn meniscus that required I ride the stationary bike instead of a harder work out landed me at 16 pounds over goal. 8 pounds each! I actually gained a pound a month so it wasn't too noticeable till my clothes started not fitting. I know many of you know this story!

Got serious 7 weeks ago and hit goal today so here I am!

Easily staying at 112.4 and loving it. At this weight, I do not fret if I gain 2-3 pounds over a weekend while camping or traveling. I did fret about that gain when maintaining at 116.

In Florida and don't have my scale. will weigh tomorrow at home. got on my mom's scale but after a run and walk today so doesn't count because I sweat a ton. If the weight counted I would be a very happy girl but I think I have dropped some weight here with fasting for Yom Kipper and my mom isn't a big eater. I even split some desert twice this week but not a lot.

wow Loretta and Tbipp you are doing great.

My mom in her infinite wisdom says " you should be 110 with how little you eat." She tells me I am thin but not skinny thin. I don't get skinny thin unless I don't eat much and I like to eat so I am have to be satisfied with an extra 5 or so pounds. 5 pounds on a 5 foot person is a lot too.
