Stacy October- yes this is an actual menu item at a hibachi/sushi place by me. It's $8-9 but worth it.

Cooked a bunch of goods today. Along with 80oz of ground turkey, there's bacon wrapped shrooms stuffed with cream cheese, cayenne dusted bacon, and single serving jello containers minus two. I introduce my gf to whip cream topped jello. Hwc with some spenda

I'm not entirely sure how induction friendly this is, but it is really low carb and tastes divine.

Ranch Tilapia

ingredients:
tilapia filets (I eat 1-2 small)
butter for frying
packet of dry ranch mix

In a smallish skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
When melted, put filet(s) in skillet.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of dry ranch mix over filet.
After about five minutes, gently turn filet over.
While frying, sprinkle 1/2 tsp dry ranch mix on top of filet.

When cooked through, add a little more butter for flavor and then eat. YUM!

You should open a low-carb restaurant!! That looks so good!!

I usually just make my flax seed bread in a microwave safe dish!

It's up to you as far as water and eggs. This one is about 1 1/4 cup flaxseed meal, 1 egg, and around 1/2 cup water. I just try to get a pouring consistency to get into my pans... And add spices...

Amazing!

Love all the great pictures and recipes. Will be restarting this week on my LC way of living and these are great ideas.

Cb83 I have a question for you? Where id you get that program to fiqure out the nutritional info on your recipes. There is a recipe builder on *********** I use sometimes but not sure if I could copy it and load it up here.

Thanks all for sharing. I will as soon as I get cooking this weekend.

I steamed veggies first in Tupperware steamer. Then added them to pot and let butter melt over them. Added sour cream then used hand blender to mash and blend after adding minced garlic also. Poured into 9x9 sprayed pan. Sprinkled cheese on top and baked for 20-30 min.

I'm going to use less butter and sour cream next time. I couldn't stop eating this!!!

HI CB83 - Is the 2.5 cup spinach the measurement raw or after steamed? thanks

Today for breakfast i had two eggs scrambled with cheese and salt & pepper on them, two slices bacon, cup decaf coffee black.

Lunch was tuna salad on bed of shredded lettuce with two slices of tomato, a slice of turkey from the deli and I topped it with some parm cheese.
unsweetened iced tea to drink.

Dinner tonight is grilled porkchops, spinach souffle. Iced tea.
Jello with whip topping for dessert.

Been doing good with the low carb eating plan. I am down five pounds from two weeks ago which was great for me because I do not lose weight easily.

I have been eating my eggs and bacon for breakfast with my coffee.
I know a lot of you say not to drink coffee but I need it in the mornings to wake up.

I made up some chicken salad last night to have for lunch today. I usually put it on a bed of lettuce with some cheese and a pickle and a slice of tomato. I like to make my meals look pretty when I have them.

I have a steak to fix tonight for supper. and i plan to make some garlic mashed califlower with it and steam a few of my long green beans I got. I usually like cold iced tea with my supper in the evenings.

I do not eat sweets, never have been a fan of sweets anyway because sweet stuff seems to make me feel nausea. But I love my sugar free jello with whip topping though. I keep jello made up at all times in the fridge.
I have planed to look up some low carb sweets here on Atkins but I haven't yet. I just want to see what they have here.

I am going shopping this week end and I want to get me some of those mushrooms to make that stuff mushroom recipe that CB83 had here, it looked so good and I love mushrooms.

CB83 post me some good low carb recipes, I need some....

Way to go Pcola Girl on your 5 lbs loss!! I love mushrooms too and cook them often in browned butter and eat them just as is or over my eggs with a little swiss cheese. So darn good!!! That is my candy I am not a sweet person either. But do love the SF jello and whip topping too!

This morning I just had some bacon and my coffee for breakfast. I am getting tired of eggs every morning. What else would be good for breakfast?
Lunch was just left over chicken salad I had in the fridge from the yesterday.
tonight for supper I have some chicken I plan to bake and have a green pea salad with it.

I have been drinking my water to but it sure makes me get up a lot to go to the bathroom at night time. Do any of you have that problem?
