I will post a pic of the bag I went bake and bought two more loafs. they are about 5.00 bucks each. AMAZING is all I can say. I will also post a pic of the ingredient side too. I take the bread out and place two slices in a zip lock freezer bag. I do that for the entire loaf so it will keep and last, however I can see me eating this quite often. Really good and they have other choices too, Cinnamon/walnut. However this is the lowest carb choice.. Pics to follow soon!

When my hubby is working away from home and it's just me here, I like making dinners that are quick & easy to prepare, without sacrificing taste, and tonight's dinner was all of that, and more

This would be suitable for all phases of low-carb, including induction

Beef stir fry with cheesy broccoli & cauliflower.

Super easy to put together and takes less than 6 minutes to prepare and cook.

3 servings Beef Steakums, Sliced Beef
2 cups Steamed Baby Broccoli and Cauliflower (steam'ables)
2oz Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
Red Onion, diced
1 Mini Sweet Pepper, sliced
1 oz Cheese, Triple Cheddar, finely shredded
1 tbsp Butter
Salt & pepper

While the broccoli & cauliflower is doing it's thing in the microwave, throw the steakums in a pan on medium heat (no added fats needed)
While the beef is cooking begin shredding it up with a fork. Toss in the onion, mushrooms and pepper and just stir fry it all together.
Add the butter and cheese on top of the steamed veggies.
Season with a little salt & pepper.

Voila!
total Calories 609
Total Carbs 16g
Total Fiber 6g
Total Fat 47g
Total Protein 26g

Sorry, crazy day! Just got home from my son's hockey game. Cannot wait to have drippy eggs tomorrow with this bread slathered in butter! Let me know if you get it and if you like it as much as I do I like this better than the Paleo and Atkins. Amazing taste!

Home made Blue Cheese dressing sooo easy!! Bacon and extra blue cheese dressing with loads of crumbles, salt and paper on a nice big old ice burg chopped in quarters. So good!

Unfortunately no stores in my State carry Mahler's bread. Spoke to the bakery and they are carried in most Sproutz stores in CA and in some Smart & Final or you can order via phone from them, $20 min order, with $11.99 flat rate shipping fee. They have just started working with distributors and hopefully will become more available soon. A little confusing as Low carb Bread does not show on their website although she assured me they do make it. Wouldn't this be a great new Netrition product

Back to the bread.... I found out my Sams club carries a wrap now that is only 5 net carbs. I'm allowed more carbs last couple weeks, but they taste awesome. Mostly flax etc. They're made by Sante Fe Tortilla Company, and are called whole grain tortillas....

Middle Eastern chicken kebabs from onceuponachef. So delish! 5 net carbs for 6.5 oz portion of meat, as well as salad and Newman's Own Oil and Vinegar. I modify by using only half a cup of yogurt in marinade and .25 c olive oil instead.

Tonight's dinner -- totally induction friendly and very low carb. Duck confit with asparagus and butter. (I ate two of those legs.)

Here's another yummy induction-friendly meal. Classic Crack Slaw for when you're craving something close to Chinese food! (I skip the sweetener and add lots of cilantro.)

Haven't had crack slaw for quite a while. Need to put that on my list of things to cook up.

I looked at a few brands and saw no sugar added to them. They do have carbohydrates, but they're both made from milk and/or cream, so they will have minimal carbs in them.
