High Fiber Hot Cereal

Missing oatmeal? Try this on cool mornings.

High Fiber Hot Cereal

4 TB Linwoods flax, sunflower seed, pumpkin ad sesame seed and goji berries
1 TB liquid oil
1 large egg
2 TB Greek yogurt, cream cheese or cream
cinnamon and sweetener to taste

Mix everything together in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave one minute, Stir well and microwave one minute more.

Top with 2 TB coconut or almond milk.

8-9 total gm carbs with 6 of them fiber
