Condiments on Paleo

Which are acceptable and what about salad dressings?

WOE: ADF mostly Paleo
nomnompaleo has a good list of Paleo friendly recipes and products
There have been a lot of Paleo ready made salad dressings and things, but I really haven't found any I care for.
If you google "paleo dump ranch" there are some good recipes that are easy to throw together

BTW as weird as it sound the "TONNATO SAUCE" from nomnompaleo is really, really good on all kinds of things.
It's salty and savory.
I add some vinegar and occasionally a little stevia to use it as a salad dressing, but you can use it to replace mayo in tuna or chicken salads, or as a sauce.

Paleoleap and civilizedcavemancooking are also loaded with recipes

My twist at ranch (or just a creamy) dressing is to blend with an immersion blender:
1/2 cup paleo friendly mayo (I make mine w/avocado oil)
1/4-1/3 cup coconut milk (I like aroy-d brand in the small packs)
1 large clove garlic, peeled
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 a peeled avocado (about 2oz flesh by weight)
2T lime juice (+1tsp zest if you like it tangier)
1tsp apple cider vinegar
2T cilantro
salt and pepper to taste

Blend it all until smooth, taste then add more salt and pepper if needed.
You may want to add some more water or coconut milk if it's too thick, or more avocado if it's too thin
