I cannot have garlic either . I will try to get to bed earlier tonight .

I am at the same weight today as I was yesterday. All my food was on plan but I had a coupe glasses of wine last night not thinking about stills. So hopefully I will be back to losing today!

Hi everyone ! I did my shopping today and I bought some hard boiled eggs in a packet and ate a few of them . I also bought Mio strawberry pineapple energy mix and it's tasty . That's it for today after last night's stomach trouble I figured bland eggs would do .

I have stomach issues with raw onion and raw garlic if they are cooked, it's alright .

I am done for the day early to bed I am exhausted Zzzzzz

Have a great night all !

I was able to work a couple of hours today. I saw my holistic dr. and I'm feeling better after his treatment. And I've only one more day of antibiotics! I want to start exercising so I'm anxious to be all better!

Sorry I've been MIA. Hope everyone is doing well. I've been off plan but I've not gone crazy by any means. My next mini goal is to lose ten pounds so I'll be back on plan tomorrow. I managed to hold a 7lb loss but put back on some water weight which is to be expected I guess. I think it's a good idea for me to tackle my weight loss in small chunks because otherwise I become overwhelmed and ultimately give up. Looking forward to catching up with you all tomorrow.
Until then
Mim, sorry you've not been well. If I'm right you are off to Italy soon? I wanted to wish you a happy holiday before you leave.

Slim and Still I've been there too many times myself. The important part is to keep coming back and getting on plan.

Still step away from the wine!

I'm starting to look forward to being back on normal plan. My soup is good but I want some QWL!

New to Stillman's!

Hello everyone! I am new to Stillman's and starting tomorrow. I am so inspired by everyone posting their successes over the past couple of years! I have not shopped yet but I have eggs so I shall start there.

I ate my final pizza slice tonight. And some cookies. And some ice cream. How long until appetite suppression kicks in?

Jane !
With me personally strict Stillmans QWL my appetite usually decreases around the 4th day.
For example I had 2 slices of cod fish broiled with Old Bay seasoning.

In the AM I had 2 hard boiled eggs and black coffee .

I feel satisfied I weighed in at 150 lbs this evening . My mini goal is to lose 5lbs this month .

Good luck Jane

Happy Thursday Everyone !

The scale moved down to 149.6lbs it won't stay that way , that's just the story of my life .

A friend of mine bought a house over the early summer and I haven't been there for a visit . She invited me for outside dining on her newly renovated patio/garden.

She would like a bottle of Moscato and my strawberry salad that she loves . It's pretty low carb strawberry slices, sliced almonds and cheese either mozzarella or Parmesan shavings if you fancy both that works too. As for the greens a spring mix or spinach or I decide as I go along, sometimes I mix the two . The dressing and here's the problem, it has honey and balsamic vinegar. I expect the scale to go up . I will refuse any dessert though no matter how tempting

So today is off plan, tomorrow will be back on day I want to reach 145lbs by the 23rd. Let's see if I can finally get there

Still it might be off plan but it sounds delightful and not heavy of unhealthy.
I'm not losing on my soup fat fast so after today I'll be back to Stills. I'm tottering back and forth about just doing JUDDD but as I'm highly motivated to get off the extra pounds I think I'll do a little of both.

I'm craving some tuna and chicken!

Hello Friend! Thank you. I was wanting wine too and I caved. I'm back on plan today though and here to support ya! I have to say, wine makes me feel crap the next day. I was left wondering why I bothered. I think I've bought in to an idea more than anything else. Anyway, as I said I'm back on plan. Don't laugh guys but it's Dukan this time. I don't know why I'm always switching plan but as long as the scale is moving in the right direction, I'm ok I guess! I'll just focus on dropping 10 then I'll take it from there. 10 will give me a loss of 17lbs in total...not too shabby! I need to update stats.

Hey Jane, welcome to the thread. The first few days are difficult but usually the magic happens around day 4. If you think you are going to crack at any point, add some fat until you hit ketosis.

Slim ! My friend ! I never heard about dukan ? I will have to research it , if it has meals my family can enjoy with me I'm all for it ! My son in the fall and winter enjoys slow cooker meals , so do I, because I just set it on low and let it do its thing

I was lurking the Juddd forum and I am pleased to see much success, that is something I can try once I am closer to my final goal of 125 lbs. I am 5 feet 4 inches, small boned and I would be at a healthy bmi . Although right now I'm tethering between overweight and heading towards normal .
