So ladies I'm not perfect I ate some rice
If the scale is up tomorrow it's the rice fault for tasting so good !
Tomorrow is back to boring hb eggs and chicken , I am feeling extremely hungry and that I blame on (TOM)

Naughty rice!!!
I think I figured my DD at about 450. I had a beer included in that. I'm not sure what the scale will look like in the morning but I'm hopeful for another low.
It's going to be a long work week for me so I'm happy tomorrow is an eating day.

I hope the rice doesn't cause you too much grief Still.

Yes I did have one beer. I sipped it slowly and it was so worth it.
But the scale was up a little this morning. I think it had more to do with the low carb flat wrap.

And I'm back guys. Was super sick for several weeks to the point getting out of bed and to work exhausted me enough to be a workout. I'm better now but not fully 100%. I gained ugh but going from super hard workouts to zero flat and my diet became more like a vegatarian so obviously I'm up. Weighed in at 198.6 ouch. But I know it's probably mostly water. Getting back on track today with food and a light workout. 1st goal is to get back out of the 190s again. But I am happy I haven't left onederland.

I know those meaty crisps sound good right ?

I was reading up on the attack phase recipes and it is actually a soft boiled egg with meaty crisps of ham , that you crisp in your oven and when crispy you can dip into your egg .

Coddled eggs are something like poached , except they are prepared in an egg coddler. You can add cream and cheese to a coddled egg .

I am up on the scale and I have to nip this in the bud now .

Today is strict QWL . Thanks to my slips, I am now 10lbs away from my mini goal of 145lbs.

I have chicken breasts and hardboiled eggs . That's it I don't have to like it, besides who likes dieting ?

I have shelves I have to put up today , I usually do my fall cleaning in September and that shall keep me occupied .

Leanne, I think I will buy low carb wraps as a special treat . Last time I had a low carb wrap was in February, I made low carb buffalo chicken , bacon n cheese wraps for Super Bowl Sunday.

Kal , welcome back, no worries you got this and you will lose that water weight, feel better

Yeah I'm ready to go full force but i know i have to take things slow until im 100%. Getting my mind and body on the same page. Faced the music and updated my signature to my current weight. Big step back but I'm ready to get back to my overall low weight.

I got a little crazy with the wine Saturday and ate about 3 lbs of cheese so I am still up today. It's always the day after that my weight goes up so i was expecting this. I am back on plan and hope I drop the water weigh and get back to losing.

Ok are there more ups this month so far than losses? If that's the case, we all need to write down our exact meal for the day and check in at least once a day

I want 10lbs gone for September !
I am having QWL today , if I eat anything and I mean anything even a taste of lettuce,
I am posting it down . I am done with this roller coaster ride

Mar , wine and cheese is good, it just looks terrible on the scale

I have my meals planned through the 31st with the weekly grocery list. So I'm just following what I have written already. No deviations. Hoping to get a big drop as a jumpstart even if it is mostly water weight.

That sounds like a great start Kal . My menu will be chicken and eggs then switch to cod and eggs . No cheese . Salt & seasonings & only herbs & lemon . QWL Boot camp!

Chicken breasts are cooking , I have 2 hardboiled eggs ready for snacks .

I need help with the shelves and the new picture frames,whomever comes home first through that door first is going to assist me , they just don't know it yet

2 hard boiled eggs & 2 chicken breasts . Mio and water to drink .
If I can make it with QWL this week . I know I will see results . I keep notes and I was in the 160's
a few months ago I think I joined in June at 157lbs bouncing back to 160 this is now another power struggle . I am going to clean my home around the fire place my home will be spotless! Mio energy curbs my appetite sort of like coffee and tea does

I speed cleaned and then took a nap . Then nibbled on some chicken, which I dipped in mustard . Another Mio mixed in a bottle of water . I decided that I will do low fat instead of high fat before (TOM) give QWL a week . I YO YO a lot and succumb into cravings whenever I am close to goal !

I found out that I need certain screws to hang shelves and picture frames. Well that got that certain someone off the hook for now

I like crime stories and I am looking forward to the Netflix
Amanda Knox Documentary . I read James Patterson novels.

Made some twining tea apple Chai delish ! I cleaned the kitchen floor old fashioned style, like my mama yes ! A bucket and a scrub brush and floor towel there my work out is done and the floor is sparkling clean .

Time for a nice soak in the tub and nighty night !

This is very true! Lol

I promise to stil to plan until the 22 because that's m bday and I know I am not gonna be good. My plan is 10 lbs this month and I am halfway there! That's 5 more lbs in 9 days I can do that!

I am having an all chicken day tomorrow. Then maybe an egg day Wednesday. I am ginna do repetition days until the end of the week then I will mix it up.
