I ended up going for ice cream yesterday right after work so as a punishment to myself I went for a run with one of my dogs. It was actually a pretty good run considering how much I hate running but I am a little sore today!

I didn't have breakfast today and I was a little worried it would start my day off plan but I went to the cafeteria downstairs and they had their salad bar stuff already (it's 930am) so I got chicken, an egg and cottage cheese. Full stillmans breakfast! The buffet is good because I can just get meat in a pinch but you pay by weight so it's expensive when all you get is meat lol. Good to know I can get stillmans breakfasts there too when I sleep in.

Took me a couple ayes to get back at it but I am good now. I am
Going o a wine tasting this Friday I have to remember to just taste and not drink it all so I don't go over board. It seems I have sometime every single weekend, it's a little tiring!

I'm at high end of it. Nothing will change as far as eating is concerned at least for another month or two. I need to get through the holidays before I mess with anything. I do have a few UUADs planned high cal and high carb!

I'm happy to see you back. Try and rest well when you can!

Down .8 today. I need to find something different to eat today. I have had the same 2 things for 3 days now. Skinny deviled eggs for breakfast and dinner and turkey lunch meat for lunch. I made a bunch of chicken thighs for me and everyone else is eating them but me.

Teacher conferences and laundry are my things today. Fun fun...

I feel blah! I have my food for today and it's all dukan. But I think I might have to start doing stills mondayto Friday and dukan on the weekends because I just keep going off plan. I also need to agree to go out less. Between my 2 jobs and volunteering and family get togethers I am finding it hard to plan my food out and when I do, to stick to the plan. When I do have time with friends it always revolved around food.

This is iimda bad way to loonaybit bit I am looking forward to the fact the next moment 3 of my friends are babies and going on maternity leave and with them being off for the next year I am thinking there will be less eating out and more home get togethers so that might be good. I am also exited for the babies but thats my selfish diet thinking.

I cooked up the last of my chicken filets last night. I think I will buy thighs next, I rarely buy them for some reason but I always like them!

Hope everyone had a good day!

Blah days are no good. I hope you feel better soon. I hear you with how hard it is to stay on a plan when you have so many things that revolve around food. I go out to eat 2 times a week and usually there are things I can eat that are better choices, I always go for the food I love to eat.

Thankfully my sons football season is almost over and that will get rid of one of the times I have to go out in a week.

What is really cool about weighing less after this trip is that I did not limit what I ate! But other than an occasional gelato, I did not eat between meals. I walked a lot! I think that, plus the fact that the Italian food is not over processed, is what did it for me! Now to keep it going!

Down another pound. I could get used to this!

I have some hurdles to maneuver this weekend. Saturday afternoon is my sons football game but the grandparents aren't in town so I can avoid the after game restaurant. Then that evening is the big Halloween 5k/party our town does. Tons of fun and temptations. Nothing on plan is going to be there... My husband is already talking about getting off plan that night. I have no intentions of doing that.

I listened to a podcast about how non processed food keeps you full longer because there are less flavours so you know when you have had enough vs all the new flavours keeping you coming back for more, it has more to do with junk food but I bet it applies to all foods to an extent.

Congrats BrattyS. I've never made devilled eggs, they're not a huge thing here. I often fancy making them but when it comes down to it I get lazy and just end up mashing all the ingredients together instead.

That's a good idea because apparently it's not unusual to hold a little water around muscles after exercise and that could alter the scale. Wish I had the energy you run? Well done!

Good plan! Glad you feel better and got a run in. I have heard that once you get some stamina up, running feels amazing. I have never tested that so I wouldn't know.
