I am sorry I was Mia . I had received sad news just recently, that a friend of mine was killed in a single car accident on October 21st in the Cayman Islands she was a mother of 3 and grandmother of one I didn't want to believe it.. I stopped doing the Facebook thing so I lost touch I saw a picture of the wrecked land rover and I have been in deep depression ever since.
I will slowly get my act together , my family needs me and I need them . I will force a lil low carb something to eat today . I am usually all smiles but this hit me hard .

Please, give extra hugs to your loved ones . I know sometimes I take each day for granted .. This was an eye opener .. I hope to be back to the old me again .

I almost so sorry to hear about your friend. Take your time to friends and we will be here when you are ready to think of diet.

I found I was losing better and I had upped my fat too. I just tend to go too high and over do it.

Yeah it's like stills with veggie days. I am going to the Dominican, I can't remember the name of the place right now lol

Thank you Mar & BrattyS I am very grateful for your kindness. I am keeping myself busy cleaning up and packing away Halloween .. I am surprised with all my indulgence I didn't gain much more weight however , I haven't been eating much for the last 2 days

TOM is on its way and just makes me feel worse I think some tea and prayer will be on my menu tonight and get some rest I am tired .
I hope you all had a wonderful on plan day !

So today I have crossed back into the 180s! 189.6 to be exact. Almost back to where I was before I got sick. I was 194.4 on Nov 1st so the big drop after TOM is here. 190 was my October goal so im counting this as a success that TOM just delayed haha.so 6 pound loss this month will put me at 183.6 which will be a new low for me once achieved.

.2 loss today. Today I need a break from meat. I will be off plan. Nothing crazy just a break. Lots of errands to do today so I will get in lots of walking.

I had a great day yesterday. Lunch with my friend was delightful. And I stayed on plan. Then I met with a church that wants me to be their pastor. And today I'm showing a nice loss! November is starting out great!

I am down a lb with TOM here for a visit .

I want to thank you Kal and mim for your kind words

I am making a roasted chicken for dinner. The skinny's in the house can have it with those carb sides including a cran - raspberry sauce, I bought for them to try.

Tomorrow is a big shopping day for all my Thanksgiving day needs.. I am the only cook that's ok as long as I get some help with chopping and such

I have 7 guests for that day so I have a lot of cleaning and running around to do .

I hope you all enjoy your Sunday

Not been on BC IM up to my eyeballs with moving related stuff and as always struggling with fatigue and also being treated for Costochondritis which seems to be responding to antibiotics, thank the Lord. I'm having some floor boards pulled up, plus plaster had to be taken down to brick in one of the rooms. I can't wait till I can actually get the decorators in... Have a feeling I'll be sitting in a building site for Xmas. Went a bit of plan but hey it's Monday so I'm back to sticking to plan Ham and eggs is my new thing. Very lazy meal... I just microwave the eggs with broken pieces of ham and get scrambled eggs with ham. Rather nice. BBS xx

I was slightly off plan this weekend because I got taken out to eat but back on my plan it today. Feeling good today. Have my lunch and dinner made for today so I can't eat off plan. Forgot a couple ingredients for my weekly meal prep so picking it up today so I can meal prep the rest of the week. Scale was fine this morning.

So, I didn't do so great over the weekend :/ It definitely could have been worse, still sitting at 216 today. So I didn't gain weight over the weekend but didn't lose either. I got really caught up in my daughters birthday and party. I had small amounts of carb - laden treats here and there, that coupled with the fact that I didn't drink enough water all weekend, I'm surprised I wound up as well off as I did.

So back on plan for me today and I'm going to start working out again too. Tomorrow marks one week (although I didnt stick to plan Friday - Sunday), hoping to keep up the downward trend! Oh yeah, and the hunger is barely an issue anymore!

Joining in for November, I tried in September but faile unfortunately, i should have got back on the wagons straight away but I was silly I've hit the 200 mark again so went and cleared all the Naughty stuff, as much as possible with a hubby and 2 kids, from the cupboards etc. Have a stock of meats, eggs and fish in. I'm well used to the low carb WOE but finding it so impossible to stick to this time. Hoping being part of this group will keep me on track. My first target is getting into the 180's so I'm keeping my eyes on the prize

Even with TOM it feels great to be back on plan ! My goal is to reach the upper 140's by Thanksgiving!

A few busy days this week and I really like being out there with this beautiful autumn weather

Will be back posting daily as of tomorrow, it's after 10.30pm here so the day is nearly over for me. I've got some Xmas events to attend and people will be attending that haven't seen me at this weight... I don't want to be on the other end of faces that are saying hello but are really thinking "wow hasn't she got fat", I just can't do it people so I've got to take control and sort this out once and for all. I'm sick of coming here month in, month out with the same sob story... I'm done... I either do this now or accept I probably never will... In which case I should stop hiding and avoiding people, situations etc. This really is it for me... I'm going to start a thread to record my weekly losses tomorrow and I'm going to read through some old posts for inspiration. Stillmans is hard but it's the best out there for quick weightloss. Watch this space ladies I finally mean business!

Thanks all. I hear you makemeslim, I'm in the same boat. I put all the weight on so quick that people will be absolutely shocked when they see me. I met a relative I haven't seen since my a couple of years ago and he didn't recognise me at first, well that wasn't awkward at all :/
Today went well, I wasn't hungry but craved Naughty stuff all day but resisted. Had some lean beef for breakfast and dinner and one and a half chicken breasts for lunch. Hopefully tomorrow we'll have a loss

Hey What'sagirl, well done resisting the naughty stuff! I'm so embarrassed it's awful but as I said this is it! This can be done! We have a super fast weightloss tool in our hands but it will involve feeling a little uncomfortable at times. It won't kill us and there's also no reason food has to be boring unless we want it to be. I'm starting a weekly weigh in thread tomorrow, hope you'll join in... A little healthy competition. let's do this!

I will indeed join. Every competition helps lol, I weigh in on a Friday I'm down 4.2 after day one wohhoo. Delighted with that. Going to buy straws for my coffee today as I'm in the middle of teeth whitening for a two week period and don't want to mess them up lol. Have chicken cook in the fridge and I'll boil up a few eggs when I finish the school run. I'm in Ireland so I'm a good few hours ahead of you all

Great stuff ! I'm in England so not the case with me. I've a few things to do this morning then I'm going to hit the scale and start the weigh in thread. I'm going to count my weight as of today BC, well it starts properly for me today. I usually use a fit board to weigh but there's something up with it... Going to see if I can sort it out otherwise, I've only got these really unreliable scales that give me different readings depending on where I put them... I might have to buy some new ones today. I will not be defeated!

Up today a little. Went to the movies last night. You guessed it popcorn.. salty and buttery. Also a skipped workout day haha. So I have my lunch packed today and a workout planned.
