12/1 239.4
12/2 239.6 I've been doing good, no cheats. Makes me sick!
12/3 238.6 No sweets for a whole week!
12/4 238.2

So I did great with my steps this week, Monday 7,746, Tues. 2,411, Wed. 10,167, Thurs. 11,230, and Friday 13,695. I was happy with this but then somewhere between Friday evening and Saturday morning I lost my fitbit.

Everyone is doing great!

Tracy thanks for the encouragement, I need it.

Kit you are doing awesome, nice loss!

Shannon I am surprised with the diet coke too, congrats staying off of it and your loss.

Paris you are a half a pound down since the beginning of the month that is something to celebrate.

Where is everyone else, we've lost a few people.

Thanks everyone, so very pleased with my loss so far, but have so much more to lose still though I'm trying to stay in the moment and enjoy the small losses instead of obsessing about how far I have to go. *trying anyways*

Looks like everyone is having a great day!! KUTGW!!

Hi, every one.
It is cold and we are having our first snow.
I have not weighed in for couple days. The scale messes with my head{If I do not see a lossor gain.. So I will weigh in Wed.@ next Monday and see.
That way I can see just how Im doing and know if I need to change something. Im going to head in Jan.1st with a lower weight then last, no matter what.Thats the plan I say.Ha. I sure hope so.
Yesterday cals. were 1,200. Today and rest of the coming week. 750 calsOr less.
Yesterday I jogged and I did my 7 miles{Nonstop, but that was the hardest jogg I have had.{Might have been because i just had a boiled egg.
But I kept going.and did it.
Now resting today forbottem of my foot hurts little.
So instead of jogging{Bare foot>going to put on walking shoes and walk.eighter4-5 of 8 miles ,That way I can go down and do steam room @ sauna and maybe fore that couple weight machines.
I had my last pop today. and I have none{Oh yes I do couple some were{In case i have a melt down. I would weather it be with diet pop then food.
But Tomorrow Might be the 1st day back with none.
You girls and no sweets and diet pop have done great.
No sweets for me for 2 weeks.
and I plan to keep that going for this month .

I have a fit bit too. but the time is off.And the thing i dont care for fitbit is, that when u ride in car that it still counts your steps.
Talking about steps. 1st. week in Jan. going to start that also.
By then I hope to be little lighter.
Good job on getting smaller pants.
Great feeling.
I know that when i got back into my 6 p jeans i was so happy..
I should maybe while i feel good that i might do something down stairs.{I have gym also with most of the weights , tredmil and rebounder and bands. kettle ball.ect.
I have to watch this detoxing{Fasting lower cals. that i dont over do and push to far.
Going to make a salad and look at Green smoothie sites .
have a good one.

Not weighing today. I ate bad over the weekend. I worked my hiney off at my Mom's old apartment getting it all packed up to move her in with my sister. This morning, I'm tired, headachey, CONSTIPATED (What else is new?). I'm hoping for some relief later today. If I don't get it, I'm gonna get a stick of dynamite, do you hear me??

Tracy, I'm still cracking up over you saying you're on the "verge" of a "normal" size at 14. That sounds pretty normal to me?? Unless you only shop at Ambercrombie and Finch.

I'm so tired. . Hope I make it through this day. I need to close month end.

Diana I don't know you, came in after you took a break but

Terri, well if you are going to use dynamite so glad I live in another state Do you take any vitamins to help keep you regular? I have to take at times a magnesium, calcium and potassium vitamin and it really helps.

Kind you're not eating very much to be working out that much, you need to be careful doing that. I do think you are doing great though.

Judy congrats for getting into the 40's, way to go!

Groovy I hear you, it does seem like our body's love to hover for awhile before they make that drop, puts us in suspense.

Tracy, wow you can so see a difference in your face, awesome job! You look beautiful!

Welcome to December everyone!

December goals

Maintain weight (not go above 235)
Possibly sneak into the 220's by the end of the month
Maintain, track and hold myself accountable

11/30 233.6 Fast D salmon, shrimp, broccoli Dst - small oreo gelato
12/1 231.8 L leftover salmon shrimp, broccoli D beef tenderloin, bacon, Bearnaise sauce, eggplant/mozzarella, green beans, roasted onions
12/2 233.2 Fast D CJ Burgers
12/3 229.4 L - turkey, ham, gravy (small amounts of stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, 1 pc pumpkin pie, 1 glass wine D - antepasto (salami, prosciutto, cheese, veggies), steak in salsa w veggies, Dst - bacio peregina (pastry filled with warm nutella sauce, with 2 scoops ice cream) limoncello
12/4 233.2 L eggs/cheese D leftovers - seafood, beef, eggplant, taco meat green beans and other veggie
12/5 233.2 Morning - fast

So... I may have eaten too much on Saturday. But I really missed that dessert. It's at the restaurant DS wanted to go to for his birthday but couldn't because it was closed - this was the raincheck date. I still shouldn't have eaten as much as I did - but I had a moment of weakness in front of the dessert menu.

The Sat morning weigh-in was later than usual and a tad dehydrated - but still felt good to briefly see a 2 as the second digit...

Stay on target

Good Luck everyone!

Keep up the good work

Hello, my name is Sven. (really)

Ten years ago, i embarked on a low-carb lifestyle and once upon a time I was 305/215/199. Then DW had to go ahead and have our second child (ok, part of that was my fault) and so we had a two-year-old and a new born. Between the lack of sleep and the holidays, my diet exercise plan was torn to shreds. And bad habits returned. Once more into the breach my friends. Once more into the breach.

I still have to get my stats in my profile, but I want to join this challenge since I'm only successful when I'm a daily weigher. I just got back on the low carb wagon and need help and support. This site looks fantastic!

Poopfest!

Gosh, it's just amazing what I have to go through though. It should count as a workout!

Teresa, Heck yes. I take suppliments and have tried so many other things. Daily, I take magnesium, psyllium husk fiber (but WHO has time to take "up to 5 tablets 4 times a day"????). I've tried taking a tablespoon of EVOO each morning (nope that didn't work). This has been an issue for me since 2010 (menopause and hypothyroid) EVERYTHING quit moving. Then, I decided to low carb on top of that . But it's STILL the best WOE for losing weight!

Tracy, your EYES have gotten much bigger!!

Belly, Where you at?

Thanks for the welcome!

My goal today is to stay around 1000 calories and to get in 3 miles walking or on the elliptical. I have to work until it's nearly dark, and we're in the middle of a cold snap, so I'll probably head to the gym. As of today, I'm finally below my "start weight" from a challenge I started with a family member last year. Hopefully I'll lose from now on.

Terri - I'm feeling you on the constipation lately. Glad you got some relief. What is it about low carb that does that to us? I honestly don't eat that many more veggies when I'm not on plan, but I do eat a lot more calories and bread (not whole wheat either) and processed foods. I am working on upping my fiber and supplements to see if it helps.

Bloodhound - Welcome!

Tracy - Love your comparison pictures. Such a big difference!

213 did I say whew?

Well, I have not gained during this season and that is the goal. Looks I have found a way to eat, be more sociable, enjoy the season and maintain my weight WITHOUT gaining. I will soon return to my goal of reaching Onderland post the holiday season. I just didn't want to wander too far away from port. I am too busy now I am off to Los Angeles tomorrow back then return to Louisiana and Lord knows where else my company decides to send me.

I am happy about not gaining

GroovygirlStay pop free (at least those with sugarery ones)

I look so much different amazing how weigh gain affects your face!

Belly,Thank you.
Welcome blood hound.
and keep doing it to all you others, Set small goals and Move that body. Weights build muscle and burns fat.And the will to over come that darn scale. And most of All watch those slips. Just not worth it in the end. That regaining as we all seem to do has to stop.{Ask yourself Why???
Today holding 129
Today is the 1st day with no diet pop.
Tht is the hardest part of this whole life style change.
I did 2 times{No diet pop.>6 months.
Then restarted and the I did 8 months no pop and this June took 1 of those slips and Why?? I guess because I wanted to and I still do. But Im trying now.

If u want something have to set small goals and head for it.
Walked only 5 miles yesterday and did weight machines and 30 mins in sanuna

Hello, my name is Sven. (really)

Ten years ago, i embarked on a low-carb lifestyle and once upon a time I was 305/215/199. Then DW had to go ahead and have our second child (ok, part of that was my fault) and so we had a two-year-old and a new born. Between the lack of sleep and the holidays, my diet exercise plan was torn to shreds. And bad habits returned. Once more into the breach my friends. Once more into the breach.

Had some cookies yesterday. SMH at myself.

Thinking about the upcoming stress of the season. I'm one of those "last minute" shoppers and such. Plus we have to have our mom moved out of her apartment and it has to be cleaned by Dec 31. She's lived there for 14 years, so you can imagine how much stuff she accumulated! I'll be glad when it's all over!

Happy hump day, y'all!
