Between the lack of sleep and the holidays, my diet exercise plan was torn to shreds. And bad habits returned. Once more into the breach my friends. Once more into the breach.

Did great at my neices party last night, only ate the toppings on the pizza and had no snacks. This is big for me, in the past I'd just use it as an excuse to cheap.

Must run, my daughter is performing with her choir this morning. Have a great Sunday everyone!

I know what I'm doing wrong. Been super hungry and having low carb, high calorie, high fat treats to try to stay low carb. Also been back drinking Diet Coke again. This morning I woke up wanting to just give up until the end of year and go to my favorite crepe place for breakfast. But still hanging on. I know it's not going to get any easier. If I can just get back to no treats and no cheats I'll start going down again. DH is making bacon right now which will help me get through the morning. Tilapia planned for dinner tonight.

Two weeks from today is New Years day. A lot can happen in two weeks on (or off) low carb.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

Bloodhound - my son told me to turn off the power to my computer for 2 min..then back on...and it worked..on my tablet again..hurray..

Shannon - wow great job at that party...you are my hero......Not eating carbs at a party.....

Kit - sweetie keep strong....we all go thru this..and want to give up....I always feel like a failure when I over eat or eat after 7pm....but I know that I am only human.and just pick myself up and start again...soon the holidays will be over and should be easier

Hey y'all sorry I've been MIA for so long. I really have no good excuse except I've been busy and I haven't been doing well on the LC eating front. I have been feeling it too. Even though I love the high carb foods it makes me feel crappy. I am just trying to make it through New Years without much damage. I got up this morning determined to cut out a lot of my carbs for today with the exception of my dinner meal. I also have been skimping on my exercise lately as well so I made myself get up and hop on the treadmill this morning. This time last year I was 20lbs. lighter and having no problem dissing the carbs. I ate a few here and there, but not like this year. I have got to get more organized next year and that will be my New Year's resolution for 2017. Be more organized with everything in my life. I hope everyone is doing well. I haven't been keeping up with everyone's posts. I have read some here and there. Just incase I am not on here again until after Christmas.
Merry Christmas Everyone!!

Bloodhound, great job on looseing.
All we can do is try.and some times we dont want to do that.
I have not walked, jogged or any thing for close to 2 weeks.
Have not really watched diet plan . gained 1 lb.
So going to watch and do better.and get head back into it.
I know what I;m doing to self when I have bad carbs or to many calaries.{But do it any way. Then wonder why scale is not going down.
It really is bad, that we let bad carbs or highier cals.{Food rule us. We know it is not good .

There is always hoildays and parties so we have to over look those and not use it as {I can always get back later.
Have to stop regaining those lbs{That we have loss.
We know what we need to do.{Or I do. so going to go to y and get myself back on track{Before I gain any more{1lb. is to much and it is not Xmas yet. and all the foods and pies, cookies{I love those. But Im stronger then those foods pulling me in.
{ at least that is were my head is now. Hope it will be there in few days.

Im going to make 2017 the best year on getting healthier and fit and make the scale go down. This is the new year coming for me and I'm doing better.

45 lbs lost as of today! I'm pretty happy I told myself in August that I wanted to lose 50 for Christmas and while I doubt that will happen, I'm pretty close! Best Christmas present to myself.

Congrats bloodhound on losing 10lbs. this month so far!

Stay strong and KUTGW everyone!
