It is impossible to say without more info. I think it might be part of becoming keto adapted. I am close with a person who suffers from this but when in keto - happiness abounds. It is quite striking. I have gotten to know very quickly how that person has been eating. It is in the tone of voice.

The thing to do about them is to keep eating keto.
