I started exercising 2 years ago. I literally started with 5 minutes and kept adding time and eventually more exercise. I broke my back in September and had surgery. I use to do an hour on the elliptical and had to start over. I add time on the 1st so tomorrow I'm going to add 10 minutes for the month. Eventually getting back to a hour. Exercise can really become addictive. I use to hate it now I love it.

I started doing piyo this summer it's a combination of Pilates and yoga it's a lot harder than I thought it would be.

I actually started exercising 2 years ago to manage pain. I broke my back in a car accident when I was 20 I am 52 now. I have neck, back and leg pain. Exercise has really helped manage pain. I have been off all opioids February will be 2 years. I'm really proud of that. Just keep at it like I said earlier I literally started with 5 minutes a day.

I've actually broke my back twice this last time was in September. It's amazing the medical advancement in 30 years. Surgery was outpatient and I went to work the next day.

Since my back surgery I'[m still limited to my normal work outs and the gym. But I going to make a plan of things I can do until Drs so ok go for it.

Monday 1-1
walked 45 min.
arm weight 15 min.
squats 25

Puppy Love, wow you have really been through a lot with your back. I had spine surgery in August and so far feel great. They did a bone graft and put cages around my lower spin. So glad the opted for that instead of putting a rod in. They have me doing limited things until I go for a recheck and MRI in 6 months.

Misty- I totally understand back issues. It's a lot to deal with pain wise. Daily exercise has really helped me manage pain and now I love doing it. Keep up the great work you are doing amazing.
