Hey everybody

New to this thread. Just started LCF and it really helps with my motivation. Will start exercising today. Haven't exercised in 3 years. Use to go to golds gym 2-3 x week and work out in their boot camp class! attended that gym for 6 years, started school and stopped. I regret it and am depressed because I'm not as strong as I use to be. Here's to second chances

Annabel I'm happy you found us start slow and keeping adding that's what I did.
Deb your class sounds amazing. I bought my elliptical last February so I exercise at home now. I teach developmental preschool at an elementary school and was thinking of joining the gym by my house for my 10 weeks off in the summer. They offer a lot of different classes that sound fun . Plus they offer month to month memberships so I could go during the summer when I have more time during my day.

This morning, did 25 squats, leg exercise and then walked around the mall for 3 hours, I think counts as my walk for today. My legs are killing me.

Tonight is my heartrate based cardio class. Not sure what is on the menu but so far we have done things like row, wall balls, kettle bell holds, bike thing, jump rope, etc. Not all in the same workout. It's as brutal as you make it to be. If you want to coast, you can, but generally everybody there pushes as hard as they can. At the end I would like to die just for a few minutes, which lets me know I did well.
