Not good I know. Oh well I am moving on. I am starting back on induction phase today. I will be keeping a food journal again and taking my measurements monthly. I had a wonderful Christmas and am ready to get back on my LC WOE. I can really tell how I feel eating high carb foods. It tastes good, but it makes me feel really yucky!! I am going to start back taking a multi vitamin again even though I have a theory that it makes me hungry. I'll just make due. It is a real struggle getting through the holidays. Even if we make it through unscathed. Here's to making January and 2017 really count!

This year,I'm making it a good year with, weights, walking/jogging and detoxing.@ getting back to Green smoothies.{Eating healthy foods, good oils and so on.
And most of all calaries, and protions.
"I'm going to set mind and *stop regaining those lbs I lost. For me just not worth it. No matter how good. If I know darn well that, it makes me feel bad when eating it, Then why,keep going.?{Just have to stop with> I will get back{Or hoildays or parties coming. There will always be food. Just make better choices and if u can not. eat little and no cakes ect.
Yes, we have to enjoy. and we do fall.and scale goes up for no reson{It seems.
and Yes, It is slow.
at least for me.
Seems I lose 1-3 lbs a month or hold. But When I did falloff, I gained fast and lots.
I gained since Aug.6-7 lbs and just now getting it off. Still have 2 lbs from that Aug. to get back to 126 and you know what? I will cause Im going to work it.
I have to reach 123 {Normal> then 18 more Lbs. to reach Goal of 110
Also when we see scale going up, reset that mind and will power.
This is going to be for all of us the best year for weight loss and reseting our thoughts. week at a time.
You @ I can, if we really want to. We all know how, it just takes wanting too and fighting for it.
Or If we dont, then we are the blame, Not the sacle.
Through scale misses with my head and I have to watch that part.
Lets grab our walking shoes, weights and wil power and go.
Yes, Move that body.
Reset Goals and do it.

Happy 2017! The years sure do fly by. It's good to think about that when it seems like it will take forever to lose the extra weight.

I really want to lose a serious chunk of weight this year. Family wedding in July is a good motivating goal.

Good luck on a fresh start to those of us who need it and continued success to those who have done so well over the holidays (Spride, Bloodhound, etc).

Well even though I tried very hard to stay true to my plan I still gained 2 lbs over Christmas. Disappointed in myself but not going to beat myself up about it. It's a new year and I'm excited to see where it takes me. I managed to lose 45 in the past 4.5 months, hoping I can do that again!

I got my steps in and stayed low on the carbs, but didn't count all of the stuffed mushrooms last night.

My goal for 2017 is to get in 3 miles walking or on the elliptical EVERY DAY. I met this goal several years ago give or take 3 or 4 days and it was a great year for fitness. Also, I want to make this the year I switch to the low carb lifestyle rather than just doing low carb to reach a goal every now and then.

January goals are to stay low carb with HEALTHY foods (except for Splenda), exercise EVERY DAY, and get to 220.

I am so ashamed of myself....have gained these pounds the last five days... Why do I sabotage myself like that.....I know with my weird metabolism (I can lose a lot fast and gain a lot fast) so I have to get my mindset back

Measure & weigh my food
Write down everything I eat
Keep up my exercise
Do not eat anything after 7pm

I just saw this and think it is great

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Goal for 2017: Develop a livable low carb eating plan for life.

Jan 1- IF, steak, spinach salad w/bacon and feta


Down 2 pounds since "starting" back 2 days ago. Blew it some when my niece and nephew came over but just decided to be "good" starting today. It feels oh so good too!
So this makes it officially 300 starting which is a good round number to start with.
Week 1 plan is IF through breakfast and a good yummy dinner.
School begins again tomorrow (no federal holiday for us!). I'm so excited to be back with my students after being out since before Thanksgiving with foot surgery. I still can't walk too easily but I'm getting around fine for the classroom.

Let's make it an AWESOME 2017!

Can I join???? I'm starting over.....AGAIN!! I've been off track for a little over a year and a half!! I HAD lost 50 pounds before I got derailed.....and I've gained approx. 30 back. I went out today and bought a brand new bathroom scale and keto sticks......filled the fridge with all of the RIGHT things......I'm ready!!!! I'll officially weigh tomorrow, I think a daily weigh in group is just what I need!!!!

I'm back but scared to death to get on the scale, totally blew it. I'm starting everything back up tomorrow and I am so ready for it, yep you read that right, I really am looking forward to getting back to eating right. I feel so yucky, have had headaches, bloated more, so all of this has been a motivation for me to get back to doing things right.

Congrats to all of you who hung in there! You are awesome.

Good morning all!! We are having a birthday dinner for my MIL today. She is 75 today. I'll do fine on my eating plan though. We are having New Year's Day food for her dinner. The traditional stuff plus some rice and pork chops so I'll have the pork chops and greens and will be just fine. I did really good on my plan yesterday and drank lots of water. No sweets at all with the exception of the sweetener that I use in my coffee and I cut back on that as well. I didn't even have any low carb sweets and that's saying something for me. lol I have no time for my normal breakfast of eggs and sausage this morning so I'm eating some Swiss cheese rolled up in ham slices. I'm really not that hungry, but I wanted a little something in my stomach so I won't feel ravenous when we eat today. It feels good to not be bloated and feel yucky inside. I did however have a little dizziness and I contributed that to not having any sugar yesterday. My body has got to get used to it again.

My niece and I did a five mile walk yesterday. It was beautiful and snowy and not too cold. There were a lot of New Year's resolution folks walking, too. I hope they stick to their plans better than I usually do. I feel confident with my 2017 fitness resolution but KNOW that all it takes is one cheat to possibly derail the whole thing. I'm pretty neurotic about a few things like lightning and speeding, and I hope this newfound fear of sugar lasts like my other fears!

Ok, so this morning's official weight is 231. YUCK!! Time to roll up the sleeves and get to work!

Breakfast was 2 scrambled eggs with a little cheese and a strip of bacon, along with coffee. Not sure what lunch will be yet....but it WILL be on plan!!! I'll check back and stay accountable!

That is more like it...ate really clean yesterday....see I can do it...just have to get my mindset working

30 min in pool doing my own water aerobics
1 hr W/A class - what a disappointment ...regular instructor Nikki was ill so Rita came in...ugh...she is my neighbor and a tad weird.....she has a regular class on Friday,but a lot of people will not go to it....
She talks a lot and takes so long to tell us the next step....it just is not a good aerobic workout...we even try to work harder in her class, but she is stop and go....and really dumb steps......everyone was up for a great with Nikki and starting the new year.....Nikki also does the class tomorrow.....heaven help us if she is still sick

I did not weight, planned on it but I was in so much pain I just wanted to get the heating pad on my back. I will try weighing in tomorrow, still nervous but that's okay, I'm officially starting today and this is a new year!

I'm back on track...with 13 pounds to lose. I will use CAD program, I find it easy to follow and fits into my lifestyle ...I do weigh daily and find it helps quite a bit. Good luck everyone...

I so understand! I KNOW how good it feels to cut those carbs!
Vitamins make you hungry? Hmmm? I never heard that! What is you experience?

Jan 1- 300 IF, steak, spinach salad w/bacon and feta
Jan 2- DNW IF, free lunch (don't ask!), pulled pork (homemade)

Today was the first day back for school. We had some fun playing human fuzeball! I wasn't able to actually play because of my foot surgery but I got some good pics and video. They gave us free lunch (Chick-fil-a) so it was not very low carb friendly. Kids return tomorrow. It will be a fun week of just review lessons.

I will not be weighing each day. I really think I need to weigh every other day.
ODD days are weigh days!

Tomorrow is a new day!

WOE: Hi Protein / Hi Fat / Low Carb
Start Date: starting over AGAIN
OK, day 1 is in the books.....And it was good!!! I had bacon & eggs for breakfast, homemade chicken soup for lunch, bullet proof tea for snack, some cheese and a fat bomb for dinner.....My macros for the day are solid....I tend to feel better and lose more when I do high fat / high protein/ very low carb.

I hope everyone else had a great day!!

Thanks Diana it all worked out really well. I did get a little hankering for the red velvet cake, but was able to push through that craving.
