Thanks for the reminder Slow. I wasn't able to handle the bounces, that's why I stopped weighing daily. But I also felt that the DD wasn't a true representation of my weight so I'm trying to get the true picture. Hopefully I can handle it.

I am so ready to be done with 148! This is the number that I just can't seem to get below. I know we all have "that" number that drives us crazy.

1 official month on JUDDD today. Down 6.8

I have gone way over my maintenance weight range and need to get things back under control. My Goal is to get back to 150 pounds. I am so happy that I know how to lose the weight!

My goal is to continue to maintain within my range of 100-108lbs, allowing for my usual excursions relating to pain management, muscle swelling, fluid shifts etc. Overall my goal is to maintain my body fat level somewhere between 20-25%.

That after I ate a lot and drank a lot in a 6 hour window yesterday. I ate very keto friendly food though and got the food in the right order. But still getting up lighter today than yesterday is an eye opening experience for what could happen when I start eating.

Begining a 4 day water fast followed by a 4 day insulin fast and a 1 day water and hitting BOGO buffet @ golden corral for lunch on Friday the 13th after a massive doctors appt.
