I'm back after a long break..tried to do it on and off but not very successful gained 23 of the 40 I lost but I'm back to get them off again!!

Woke up not feeling too thirsty (maybe I drank water in my sleep) and weighed in @ 152.
I had a ~2 cps of broth and some curly dock @ dinner time, couldn't water fast past 7pm.
Today I'll water fast - feeling a lot better today than I did yesterday.

I woke up parched, and weighed in @ 147.
That's 5 lbs down since yesterday ??? how come ???
I didn't even have a 1/2 way good day yesterday. I didn't water fast, Or atleast past ~6pm. I accidentally ate Chia seeds, cos I spilled a bunch. Then I ate a few more out of the soaking cup to check they're in enough liquid. Plus I drank lots of tea - no coffee though, and I also had a few oz of oils.

Maybe coffee causes water retention - or maybe its the 3 days without sucralose ??? or maybe its all the shivering. BTW if I was in a 75 degree room all day, I'll happily water fast. Its the cold that does me in.
