Little disappointed today. I was so good this week 9400 calories over the week which avgs out to less than 1400 calories per day. And I ran/walked 27 miles. That dreaded 148 will not go away. I am going to enjoy my UD today and trust the process. But I've been hanging around this 148 for 3 weeks. Ready to see it leave.

I'm right @ 147 too, I weighed the same on Dec 15th. I only ate on 18th, 20, 21, 26, 31, 2, and 4th - and most of those meals were very keto. Only 3X were bad.
I cant be out of fat to burn and lose, but I am unable to truly water fast any more. Was miserable today till I drank salt+lemon @4 pm. Almost in minutes my whole energy level and mood elevated. Tomorrow I'm opening the day with it. I only cheated with fat. No coffee, no sucralose, nothing, not even mayo. Tea, salt+lemon, vitamins and water and fats.

January, first week I ate whatever, and on no plan. Weight was low of 122.6 and high of 127.4. Goal for Jan is to get back as close to 119 as I can while staying on a plan.
