Srinath what we gain and lose is an accumulation or lack of calories and macros used by our bodies over a period of time. That period is not necessarily a set amount of time. I have lost after an UD and gained after a pure fast. I'm sure it's just water fluctuations.

I hope so, else I am converting air into body weight, very bad. The sucralose weight gain I hope is static. As in in 3-4 days you gain 2-3 lb, but it doesn't keep going up with continued sucralose.

I know you know this but most of us are using commercial domestic weighing scales - not laboratory ones that are calibrated daily - so our own scales will have margins of error (admittedly small but we're talking about small fluctuations here).

I wonder if the combination of the sucralose + the salt in the brine is making a difference to your water retention as, in combination with the natural variability of scales, it wouldn't take much to be responsible for this uptick.
