I can take that error theory, this scale is a dial scale and can stick. A better scale is on its way.

I have gone way over my maintenance weight range and need to get things back under control. My Goal is to get back to 150 pounds. I am so happy that I know how to lose the weight!

After tons of fat, acid, sucralose, tea, + salt, acid and vitamins and some carbs and protein maybe 2gm each spread across the day, laced in a lot of fat (about what would be 2 cups of broth's worth - except I got it as garlic, peppers and chia seeds) I weighed 144.5 this morning, after drinking maybe 6 oz in the preceeding 2 hours.

I have a feeling a big woosh is on the way today. I'll post back after, but then I may be 2qt down.

There's a reason that I post what I do in the 1st post of these weigh-in threads - if it messes with your head, don't do it.

But, there's also a reason that I recommend people to follow their underlying trend - and, look at you from where you where on 2 Jan. You're underlying trend is down by @ 5lbs.

After 7 big cups of tea yesterday, and lots of olive oil, and possibly drinking 2-3 sips of water through last night I weighed in @

140.5 this morning.

I am water fasting till my 11 am doc apt and labs, and eating and possibly going back to a post prandial blood test.
