Time to get serious

After another away time I have come back and this time to stay. I have to, I have no really good weight loss support at home, bf is terrible with junk food and wants it a lot. I am looking at a bike to buy, schwinn airdyne pro, it can hold 325pounds and I am 305 last I weighed. Scale is packed up but will ask bf to bring it in. I would get it myself but the sea can everything is packed in is to tight for me to move around plus I fractured my hand and it's in a cast so can't do much with it yet. Hopefully next Wednesday it will be removed.

I am tired of crying and seeing myself like this, I need to smarten up and get better and I need this place to do it. I will keep to my journal and exercise and loose this weight.

You are going to do it. Just takes time and lots of wilpower and staying with it. No matter how hard it is or will get.
Calaries and portion do matter.
Eat good fats, good carbs. and the other Key and it is a big one>Exersiscing. Walk if u can not ride bike. you can always move that body no matter were you are at.
And post often. you will have good days and sad to say bad days. were u might just want to stop. But do not. even if your road seems like a long one{It it is. But it will get shorter as time goes on.
You can and shall.
Go for a heathier you. You can, you can.

Thank you. I have done this before but I was living by myself and had more control over what came into the house. Now it's so much harder. But I will do it!

How are you doing?
Yes, it will be hard, and most likly harder if you have all the bad foods facing you.
But just say to self, Will I really be happy with self if I eat it or will I look at self and say. You can do it and be so much better off.
Do find surport and do start walking and do weights too.
Start off slow but keep working up.
Just wondering how it is going.

Hi Kind, day seems to be going very slow. But doing ok. Found out peeling eggs pretty much one handed is a challenge lol but it can be done.
I would love to be able to toss out or give away all the crap foods in the house but bf would be very sad. He could loss some weight to, but he doesn't seem interested in doing so and figures he gets enough exercise from work. Oh well I am at this by my self.
I have hand weights but they are packed inside the sea can and no clue where. I think once I get the cast off I might join Curves as there is one not far from my house. Depends if they want monthly dues monthly or all at once for the year. Is is 55$ a month which ain't bad, but if they want it all at once it is. Will call to see.
Trying to drink city water but it ain't going down fast enough that I don't taste it. Has a slight dust taste to me lol.

Just called Curves, and they do monthly payments *happy dance* so as soon as my cast is off I will book an appointment with them and sign up. Until than it's walking around my house and leg lifts. I am having a sort of weepy day as I can't seem to get to terms that most of this weight gain wasn't due to my neglect of my health, oddly that happened after I found out and had surgery, I keep thinking that only if the medical issues were found sooner that it wouldn't have gotten so bad. Than the extra 18 pounds I gained after surgery when I kinda fell apart at the seams.

I am scared that I can't reverse what has happened and that I will stay around this weight for rest of my life. No matter what I do to correct it. Even though I know the plan and exercise works, what if something inside of me broke and it can't be fixed?
Is PCOS reversible?

Glad to know all is ok. At least you are doing it. and soon you will have two hands.
I went to curves years ago and also worked there. Should say played more then work. But most of the curves have closed.
To bad boy friend will not do with. Makes it easier, but does he surort you? That is the key.
If you can get a surport group do do with like a friend or family. But really if u want it ,it will happen.
So much on line too.
But do keep posting. and do watch those calaries and know protions count. and have good fats over bad. I see u are doing Atkins?
Know it will take all of this year. and keep going and learn every thing on better choices.
It feels good to know u can and are. I surport you{If u like.
All days will not be easy{Some falls. But get back up and keep doing.
You can and Me too.
I go to the ymca. walk 8 miles, can jogg 7 miles non stop
Going to get into weight training too.
Plus I use the sauna @steam room to detox.
But I still get bad head when i gain.{Darn scale
and at times say I stop. But I dont.
I need to stop diet pop,[
Going to get weight watcher ice cream. that helps to.
I eat salads and have soups too. eggs, good fats and still need to get back and stay with green smoothies{at least 3-4 days aweek.

Great on curves.
You know, It does seem like you have a long road. But you know what? That road will get shorter. and yes, weight will come off. When it does not come off, is when you stop. Can not do that any more. Each day you look in mirror say>I can and I will and I love me.
As soon as your mind and body meets, it will come together.
Dont say if. Think when u eat. is this what my body needs? Read books, I like and watch Dr.Oz.
But glad to know u called curves. meet people.and on scale dont let it rule. just numbers. But heyI need to remember that.
And this will take a while. I bet u. you canget it together and be healthy.
Do u have a friend that will help u.?Hand to pull u up when u fall, or even kick your butt to keep u going. watch those slipsups.
I have to go, be im pulling for u. Lets see what you can do for this year.

Thanks Janet. It does seem like a long road, but my health and body and mental state cannot deal with much more of this. Your words mean more than you can know.

As for friends I haven't met any since I returned to Canada, really the only people I know now are bf and his family so kinda hoping I can meet some friends at Curves. At least I have this place.

Iam sure you will meet others. Just keep going to curves.
One thing about curves>it is for women. and all sizes and goals.
You know it seems like we all know about diets. Lost lots and then we slip and regain and then add more. I have been down that road so many times.But In 2013 April 1st I got wise.and I have been doing it with just a few slips.And Im doing it the healthy way.
But I must say,that it has been slow. 2-3 lbs a month{If that and i have to fight to get that.
I Aug. I gained 5-7 lbs and just now getting it off.
So I just keep going and reading and exerciseing.
That is the Key. Move that body every day.
Glad your boy friend is surportive.
That helps.
Tomorrow I will restart and start really watching those calaries and protions and types of carbs. My Short goal is to be 123lbsWhich is normal for me.and I wont be over weight. Then go for 13 lbs more.{110 lbs. I should make it by end of the year..{You think?
Some times I just get so tried of Not looseing. But holding is good too.
In fact any thing we do is good as long as we get back on and try for goals and less slips.
I wish people would stay and post more as it helps.
But hey. I can always talk to self .ha

My hubs always has snacks around, too, but once I got to about the second week I wasn't craving carbs anymore. I have been enforcing a very strict no tasting policy. I know that if I have a handful of M and Ms, I will want to just sit on the couch and watch a couple of shows eating M and ms until I am full. there's no off switch once I get started, so I've just made the crap off limits and that seems to be working for me. I had a slip with freeze dried apples, but that's been it for nearly 6 weeks. I can honestly say I am not tempted by the crap right now and it is such an empowering feeling. I was just at the store and I walked right through the Valentine candy aisle then stared at the peanut utter cups in the checkout line and was not tempted in the least.
You can do it. You just need to stick with it for a few weeks until the cravings go away then it will be a lot easier.

Yea the cravings have been high. The grocery stores we go to all have in house bakeries and that is where my down fall is. Have to walk pass them to get to veggies and meats.
I am out of yogurt now so will not be picking any of that up and have made bacon and it's in fridge for a easy snack or meal. Same with boiled eggs, but they are really hard to peel one handed lol. Hoping cast comes off tonight.

Hi.
Glad to see you are doing ok.
Im having a little hard time, Im just wanting to stop all of this,
No walking)r{Jogging ,weights and so on.[Dont want to go to the gym. Kinda just stopping.
. I think that scale is the biggest draw back for me.
I was 128 and last I looked gained 3 lbs.{Could be little more today. But that would really throw me for a loop.
Just seems this is taking longer to get to goal weight and Im looseing slow.
But I just had a talk with self[Said Janet ,what is the matter with you? If you stop and gain 10 lbs you will really be a head case.
So going to gym today. get back on track.
and going to detox.

I have come this far since 2013 and done very well. Im heathier and feel good.
Just have to regroup.
I need to boil eggs also, and i should grill some chicken breast.and cut up veggies, I got hummus.and i really need to do blast{Smoothies.
This is hard but really, really worth it.

I think your right on posting.
My fingers are crossed that I get my cast removed tonight. Thing is a pain.
Good for you sticking to it and going to the gym. Could just be water weight or new muscle, how are cloths fitting?
