Calcium Vitamin D imbalance

I have sarcadosis and live on the low carb diet. My last blood work showed high cholesterol levels. I read that the problem most likely is a glut of vitamin D which causes a glut of calcium in the blood. The information I could find says too much meat protein can cause problems with this , and can create kidney issues. Anybody got any idea how to balance this out and cut the calcium without going off the owner carb diet ?

It's common to have " high" cholesterol on lchf. First you need to determine if you actually have "high" cholesterol defined by the doctors that support lchf.
Google: dietdoctor cholesterol
I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
Think of the consequences if you do nothing
