I am part of a 30 min kickboxing club that's very flexible with no class times/drop in whenever and I go with some work friends every weekday/every other weekday depending on my schedule.

It's 30 mins of circuit training, combines cardio and resistance training for a full-body workout. There is a trainer there to help every session. It always feels like a great workout but sometimes I question if it's enough!

I plan to start doing some cardio in the mornings before work as well.

Just increased elliptical by 10 minutes Saturday a couple days early. Gonna do a new cize routine on the 1 st. I switch every month. I actually walk more than I write down. I write down the time I walk alone. I walk my dogs 4 times a day when I work and every 2 hours when I don't work. I don't count that time cause they stop to go potty or sniff around so I'm not walking the entire time.

Oh I so miss a dog and hiking with him..

I'm going to do a 20-20-20 in the gym Monday to Friday

20 elliptical
20 tread and 20 weights

Saturday will be my day off and sunday will be a outside run day

the pool here is closed right now for paint and updates but when its open I'm going to get myself a bathing suit and fit some pool time after my gym..its right on the same floor so really why not

I'm not a good swimmer but I'm going to try

Deb those are good goals to do. I have a pool here too but it's always so crowded with people and doesn't have designated swimming lanes. I wake up really early and was gonna go then but I promised my adult children I wouldn't. You always hear stories of good swimmers drowning while swimming alone and they are afraid that could happen to me. I am a great swimmer so of course I don't think it would happen.

My kids are over protective of me cause I live alone and they worry about me. I only have a cell phone and left it at work once and didn't feel like going back to get it. I didn't answer my daughters text so she sent the manager of the building to check on me. I put my foot down about a lot of things cause I tell them I'm not gonna live my life in fear but I told them I wouldn't swim alone.
