'Sub way flat bread egg and cheese sandwich
out to eat at Cheddars: lemon pepper fish w rice, salad and tortilla soup
personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut, cheese w mushrooms
Snack: doritos, diet soda
A LOVELY DAY OF SPLURGE EATING!!!!! ENJOYED EVERY BITE

Monday: coffee
Brunch: tuna salad
lc pumpkin bar
6:00: salad w grilled chicken, cottage cheese, wine
Snack: peanuts, diet soda

Monday's foods

B: eggs and toast, hot black coffee, I think my iced coffee streak is over with for now.

L: cheese sandwich, coffee

Snack: green grapes from Bakersfield, Calif. Coffee

D: stroganoff, some potatoes boiled, and broccoli from Birds eye brand.

Evening snack: lemon cups and light baby bel cheese rounds, Silas loves those.

Well, change my evening snack to birthday cake and some ice cream, curtesy of my kids after 7:30 pm this night...........blew out 2 candles in a corner of the cake, so I wouldn't spread any germs, lol. I ate that corner. Iced coffee.
