It's Friday! What's on your menu today?

I seem to be out of everything this morning, including coffee Must go grocery shopping

Breakfast : ham and an avocado

Lunch : smothered pork chops with mushrooms, cauliflower and onion

Dinner : Out! I'm not cooking tonight!!!

Breakfast: Coffee and leftover Southern pulled pork from last night
Lunch: Not hungry yet
Dinner: Grilled pork chops (probably) as it's the only thing thawed right now! LOL.

B: 2 fried eggs, bacon fried cabbage, coffee with HWC
S: Cole slaw, coffee with HWC
L: pork rinds dipped in salsa/sour cream dip
D: Asian stir fry made with hamburger meat, bagged broccoli slaw, bagged cabbage slaw, lots of garlic, black pepper and soy sauce (my new favorite!)

L: chicken breast loin
had some pork rinds, probably way to many usually stop at 4- not today
Snack: 3 strawberries & 1/4 cup cottege cheese
Supper: White Merlot- hey it's Friday lol.


Any Ideas on what I can snack on that is saltly-crunchy fairly easy to chew instead of pork rinds?

D. Cashews, V-8 type soup with broccoli, tomatoes, carrot, peppers, cucumber, smoked almonds and add ins

S. Probably from meatballs, Endulgent (Aldi Atkins bars knock off) bars. Forgot to defrost the steak.

D: not sure yet, probably will go out, so if there's nothing "friendly," I'll have a salad with ranch and grab some protein when I get home

Grabbed 2 baby bell on the way home and then had hot wings when we went out for dinner...was craving them aaaaaaaaaallllllllll day
