Oh no, Deb! Sorry to hear about your thumb! The avocado with nutritional yeast sounds delicious! I will have to give it a try when my avocado's are ripe. My current way to eat them is right out of the shell. I just sprinkle on a little salt and dig in! lol! Adding the nooch sounds great!

I briefly saw onederland yesterday. Back up today, but still flirting with that line. I firmly believe that I have the chance to not only see onederland again, but stay there this month. I'm thinking of trying something new with my eating, but I'm still thinking. We'll see!

Need to run to the grocery today, I think (I did go last night, but there are a few things I still need to pick up. I'm also trying to sort breakfast. Hungry, but not sure what I want to eat. I need to go by the dollar store, too. Just trying to decide if I really want to go anywhere today or I just want to wait until tomorrow. lol!

Busy week coming up: DS16 has steel drums and scouts on Monday, we have an appointment with his guidance counselor to pick classes for next year on Tuesday, DD13 and I have scouts Tuesday evening, DS16 has Order of the Arrow on Wednesday, DS16 has steel drums on Thursday and I am going to a stage production of the Wizard of Oz, Friday is spaghetti dinner set up and Saturday is the spaghetti dinner. Whew! The following week will be nice and easy! lol! And then spring break! Woo hoo!

Have a wonderful day!

Jenn~I'm Soo ready for Spring!!! You will break your Stall! Wow...you do have a busy week coming up!

Deb~A chunk off of your thumb? You mean your thumb nail right? KUTGW w/RX! Avo w/nutritional yeast? NOOOO! I usually make guac or slice the avo to top on a sammy. Cubed one up in my Shrimp ceviche yesterday.

Ended up cancelling our St. Pat's luncheon party! Yesterday's stormy weather & texts from a few GF's got me going on cancelling it! Now...we have a few snow showers today w/the sun coming in & out! Shouldn't have cancelled?! Oh, well.... Dang it! We were worried about the road conditions, the berms in the middle of the roads & the tourist traffic/drivers Ho-hum...

Went to Whole foods one day and asked one of the guys if there were any bad benefits and he said NO way

I have been putting it in foods and not letting my guy know..now he is on to me and loves it ..almost as much as I do.

On our dinning room table we have 2 containers ..one with NY and the other bee pollen

DH puts a couple of Tablespoons in his OJ in the morning. I can't stand the smell of it!

Glad to hear it was your Nail & not your Thumb that fell off!
Yeah...better safe than sorry that we stayed off the icy roads w/drunken St. Pat's peeps on them.

Off to yoga & then Lunch @ a Thai place w/a few GFs.

It has been way to long since I have been on! So sorry, busy but need to make time to check in and see how you all are doing!!

Wrestling is almost over, both g.sons are going tho State, each in their own weight class; ranked 3rd
Yesterday was brutal, up at 4am and on the road to Topeka, match after match
lost my voice screaming for the boys
So, next weekend in Topeka, such a proud grammy

Back up some from 130's but not to bad
Recovered from being sick and now have to find my determination again.

Have a class reunion in August, want to be in the 130's for that
45 years!! wow, the time has flown

Late: Happy St Patricks Day to all of you
Im part Irish, so Jamison whiskey is a must. One small shot
Also, that is to celebrate my mom and dad's passing this month several years ago
Fun way to remember them

Back on track now, spring break and hoping for Spring to be here soon
Maybe some rain showers would be nice too, huge drought here in Kansas

See you later
have a great rest of the weekend

Just checking in before I get busy.

Weight still stalled. Hoping it moves down soon!

K2~Congrats to your GrSons! I had a beer w/my St. Pat's meal.

I visited British Columbia when in High School, band contest. Loved it there, beautiful.
We lived in Washington state then, short hop by bus.

Scale holding, stalled. But I have not been walking as much, raining now
We needed the rain, but Im not a fan

Want the heat and humidity, 85-90 is perfect
also helps me get all my water in.

Spring break for the kids started yesterday, will be going bowling and roller skating with the grandson's
State wrestling this weekend

Anyone tried Dr. Mercola's vegan Dark Chocolate with almonds bar? They are really good, not to sweet. I was given one, yum. I have to order some of these to help with my sweet cravings.

Howdy!

Deb~NY in potato salad!! Umm...OK?!

K2~Yup...have done the pork rinds & Ranch/blue cheese drsg! But, I have to be careful w/those rinds @ times...they can be rough inside my mouth & on my gums?! Stalled here too! My scale doesn't want to move! Feel like putting him in Deb's Bad Boy closet! Sounds like Grma loves being w/her GrSons. No, haven't tried that chocolate...but, have tried others that are 70-90% Cacao.

Today is just a stay in the cabin type day. We woke up to no Furnace (thermostat blew). Luckily, we have that brand new fireplace! DH is installing a new one rt. now. Skiing was fun yesterday, until I got Snow Bombed from a Tree while standing in line to get on the chair lift! It went on my open vented helmet, into my jacket hood, down my neck & pony tail! I got chilled after that! Luckily, that was my last run of the day! I was Cold skiing down to the Tram on that last Run! Burrrr-cold!

I've not seen that chocolate bar but as a vegan, I'd sure like to find it! It sounds delicious! I need to take a trip to the HFS soon and maybe they'll have it.

I've gone a little avocado crazy. I ate five or six of them yesterday. lol! So good!

Nasty weather today and supposed to get nastier. Good day to stay home and snuggle under the covers!

Have a great day!

Morning!

Patricia, I usually don't have an issue with the pork rinds, once the ranch soaks in
Nice that DH can replace the thermostat for you! My husband Mark can do that kind of repair. Im so grateful
Burr about the snow! once you get chilled it is hard to warm up, time for a toddy

Sun is out here, cold
Off to take 3 eleven year old boys bowling and to lunch
grandsons have an awesome friend they call B

Scale up today, will be watching more closely the portions and hope the exercise of bowling will help out

Jenn, Im going to order the chocolate bar from Dr. Mercola's website. I have not seen them anywhere else
I love avocados too, have an issue buying them. some of they are brown when I cut into them

Check in later, have a fantastic day

I buy mine while they are still hard and then I check them daily. The minute they become "soft" to the touch, I have an avocado fest. lol!

I'll have to check the website out! Thanks!

Enjoy your bowling!
