Just wanted to share

Hello all, I am not new to LCHF, (did Atkins years ago with some success, until I had a gallbladder attack and gave up ....thank god I am wiser now )

I have been lurking for a while, reading, learning, and appreciating everyone's advice and wisdom.

I was reading one of the threads about coffee and wanted to share my new discovery. I found Sunfoods raw organtic cacao butter. It comes in a bag and they are little disc's. I think maybe 4 would be a Tbsp. 1 Tbsp is 126 calories, 14g fat, 0 carbs. They make your coffee smell like chocolate and give it such a rich creamy taste. You don't really taste chocolate "per-say", but the aroma is so rich....I can't explain what a wonderful discovery this was....all the chocolaty goodness, extra fat boost, and no carbs. I use 2 disc's and some HWC.

Just wanted to share...hope anyone who tries this loves it as much as I do.

Looking forward to making new LC friends.

Welcome back! I have never put chocolate in my coffee but maybe I am missing out?!

thank you ladies for the warm welcome.

And YES Clackley.....you are missing out!!!

I used to use SF hot cocoa mix and always made it with my coffee instead of hot water.

sadly each packet is a few carbs....so happy I found the cocoa butter.

chocolate stevia drops work too.

Defiantly give it a try....

I dip squares of dark chocolate in decaf coffee in the evening. Leave it until it gets a little melty.... Mmmmmmmmm.

I learned it from someone here, but can't remember who.
