WOW ! Home made pesto - why have I never made it before now???? It's so simple and quick, and you know it's all natural ingredients and good for you. It's a revelation ! I'll never buy a jar of the stuff again!

Last night the spaghetti squash had started to go bad so I just had italian sausage cooked in some NSA tomato paste with some mozzarella and parmesan on top

B - SF/LC Chai with 3tbsp HWC
L - 1 can tuna with 3tbsp mayo and some pepper on Parmesan crisps
D - Not sure, company holiday party. I'll bring a protein shake just in case

Started the day out right
L: All meat prime rib chili topped with cheese and a little sour cream (No beans in it. It's a low-carb version we serve at the restaurant)
D: Got bad news and I blew it (I am a stress eater...but no excuse) I ate fries with melted cheese and demi-glace (rich "gravy") Just keeping myself accountable and hopefully things will be better in the morning
