9/9 - 147.5 - walked around at a festival
9/10 - 147.5 - morning yoga - evening 5.3 mile run
9/11 - 147.0 - morning gym (leg day) - evening yoga
9/12 - 146.5 - morning yoga
9/13 - 146.5 - rest day
9/14 - 147.5 - rest day

9/17 - 144.5 - morning yoga - evening 1.5 mile run
9/18 - 145.5 - flying out on business travel - got 10,000 steps - goal is eating on plan and daily exercise.
