I also know that it is harder to lose weight as we age.
*How do i know how many calaries for up day @ low days.
**I know that My body runs on *1,247 Just to stay alive. That is with out me trying any thing.
I also {Pretty much stay with 1.200 cals. but I might have to go lower then that?
I just need some tips. I like to drop 5 lbs,.
Can on dd days can i still Exersice and do sauna?{That one is importion to me.
I take alot of vitamans.
Just thought this might start helping with moving weight down.
Also when u do dd days .and u lose Dont weight come back {When u up cals?
Just thought this site might help me.{I sure hope so.
