lol. I know right? I feel like I'm exercising all day long. Never sit for long when the kids are around, not to mention all the housework cleaning up after them. But I think I'll need to break a sweat eventually to keep the weight loss momentum going.

Hovering for over a week. Might be the introduction of 1 ounce of nuts for lunch, even though overall carbs have remained the same (less than 20 total/no net). However, I think my body is just leveling off; as of yesterday, I have lost 37 pounds in two months (started 3/17). My body probably needs to catch up a bit.

A story...just come back from visiting the family. Everyone acknowledge the weight lost. Met friends hadn't seen in years compliments galore "you don't age do you" "still keeping your figure" blah blah. So you know, I am feeling good now. started acting all cute and stuff...3 weeks later my brother sends me a pic of me and my sis n law on the porch. I was explaining something to her in the picture. OMG THE WORST PICTURE EVER! I looked big in all of the wrong places. My sis n law didn't look much better and I know she looks better than that picture. I guess he is still pulling those little brother jokes. Or didn't think twice about it. That should have been deleted. Oh man. That bummed me out for days.

So I got out my camera and starting taking pics of myself. Whew not bad. I guess his camera was at a bad angle. I looked like a little short fat frog

Belly~ My husband drank that "moonshine hooch" almost everyday and when all the stomach viruses and colds would go around the kids and I he would never get sick. I think there's something to that.
Still doing well. I had a painting class last night that wasn't over until 9:00 and when I got home I was kinda wanting something to nibble on and I almost gave in, but I told myself NO! and went to bed. I guess it paid off this morning. I'm going to keep this up and see how that suits me.

Belly, I have a story like that too! During Mothers day week, my kids changed their Facebook profile pics to a pic with me in it. Well, my daughter (she's the one that moved to China with my grandbabies) picked the MOST unflattering pic of the both of us. Its kinda funny. I look like a man. Actually an OLD MAD MAN. kids.

31 net carbs today.

Still at 210.

Went a little over my 20 today. My wife made a big pot of Lima Beans and I really like them so I spent 12 net carbs on a 1/2 cup serving. Still got plenty left so I'll probably do it again. One thing I noticed was that when I went down to 20 net carbs I got constipated. I don't know how that affects weight, but it can't be a good thing. I took some Cascara Sagrada last night and had a pretty good movement this morning so we'll see how that affects my weight tomorrow.

It is my intention to eat higher carbs this weekend, so my weight will pop up a bit (Pfft, "a bit" my butt! I will hold a LOT of water next week). I'm still optimistic that by the time all is said and done, I will weigh 215 on June 1st.

5-20- 179.6 I'll take it!! I got up this morning and drank a cup of coffee and sat out on my back porch. Then my hubby started mowing the grass so I got busy and help by push mowing. I then cleaned out my chicken's coop. I am getting 7-8 eggs a day and I have 9 girls not bad if I do say so myself. My 3 little girls aren't quite ready to lay just yet. I figure in about a month or so. I'm still trying to get them mixed in with the flock. It's going good with that. They are still skiddish of the bigs.
It's supposed to rain this afternoon so I'm glad we got the yard work done early. My hubby said that I definitely got my steps in today. It's been a good day so far.

Didn't weight this morning. I was off plan this past week for various reasons.

Curvy - I'm so glad to see you back on track and nailing it as usual. Now to heed my own advice and get back on plan today.

So far I've had no Diet Coke and only a couple of eggs. I've got to plan what yummy low carb meal I can have now for lunch to stay satiated for a while. Still 11 days left in the month to try to make a difference!

Thank you everyone! I am officially back on track and my mind feels right. I just jumped right back in and the scale has been reflecting the change. I feel soooo much better. Those couple off track days could've easily turned into a week...two weeks..and so on if it wasn't for all your responses so thank you again so much for the support! Let's keep it up everyone!
