For All The JUDDD Maintainers

I'm just wondering what your maintenance schedule looks like and what is your maintenance calorie percentage?

Does anyone do MWF DDs and TTSS UDs?

Does anyone do MWF DDs and TT UDs with SS as FDs (Free Days)?

I have been maintaining since Feb. 2013.

I have always kept DDs to under 300 calories (I mean every now and then one might be in the 400 calorie range, but sometimes they are under 100), but I have done 5:2 with DDs on Mon & Wed and I have done 4:3 with DDs on M, W, F. I have jumped back into EOD anytime my weight creeps up 5 pounds.

I think the lower DDs, even if only 2-3 times per week keeps the JUDDD Magic flowing. I also seem to need a pretty small amount of food to maintain, so there is that too.

I no longer count on UDs, but I eat OMAD, most every day (UD or DD) and I'm pretty aware of the calorie contents of most of the food I eat.

What is TTSS? Haven't seen that one yet or just TT?

I notice you do splurge days. I think it's you anyway. But why - if it's you - if I may ask?

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday...

Slow does that and always has. Quite a number have successfully.

Now that I am maintaining I don't do strict up day down day rotations. I eat moderate carbs and generally do a couple of DDs a week. I often eat only in the evening too.

Kissa was right, TTSS is Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday,Sunday and just TT was TuesdayThursday

I've done splurge days since my second week of my start date which was in September and I believe it gives me a shakes things up a bit and also because it gives me incentive to keep on with my diet and I love them

I'm going to do close to that following Leo41 plan: MWF DD, TT UD, Sat. MD, Sun. UD. She would switch the weekend MD and UP according to her schedule. I like the idea of regular DDs.

Sorry Brenda, this has nothing to do with Maintence.

Like Kissa says, I do 4:3 as you describe with M, W, F as DDs and Tu, Th, Sat, and Su as UDs.

Always have since I finished induction because I have a lot of sports commitments over the weekends and need to abide by hypothermia protocols (that include food) for much of the year.

It worked for me in WLM and now in maintenance. I used to eat on DDs as eating doesn't trigger hunger for me but I changed to zero calorie DDs just over a year ago to see if it would help the arthritis in my hands (it does - or it's a useful coincidence).

I don't have Free Days. But that works with my life. I've no idea how much food intake is implied by a Free Day - because they tend to be associated with celebration days or holidays, I don't know if they would be approx. 2,500 calories or nearer 4,000 cals. I certainly couldn't do that because my calorie needs are much lower than that.

What do you mean by a Free Day?

Thanks...Free day to me is no planning or counting calories and just eating whatever for the day
