Yesterday there were leftovers from lunch (beef/lamb gyro meat and salad) so I had that for dinner instead of the chicken thighs and brussels sprouts

B - SF/LC Chai Tea latte and then a banana premier protein shake with cocoa, chocolate tea, hazelnut syrup and unsweetened cashew/almond milk blend

L - zoodles topped with ground italian sausage and Rao (low carb) marinara and Italian cheese blend

D - probably what I planned for last night but didn't make... " Chicken thighs marinated in home made italian dressing and garlic olive oil broiled brussels sprouts. DH likes to dip those in balsamic but I will skip it."

Whats on my menu?

Don't ask! Struggling somewhat. May need to bypass Dunkin' Donuts in the mornings. I can't seem to stop at just coffee. Knowing y'all are here helps me want to stay accountable and try again.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

Isn't Saint Patrick's day always on the 17th?

I'm struggling too, stayed low carb but been eating all day today. Way too many calories I'm sure.
