Woke up hungry
B - SF/LC Chai tea latte, then 4 slices bacon, then a vanilla premier protein shake with matcha powder mixed in
L - lamb/beef gyro meat and some salad with ranch
D - Chicken thighs marinated in home made italian dressing and garlic olive oil broiled brussels sprouts. DH likes to dip those in balsamic but I will skip it.
10 sizes lost, 1 or 2 to go!
