B - SF/LC Chai Tea Latte, then a caramel premier protein shake with iced salted caramel tea mixed in
L - tuna mixed with dukes mayo on top of whisps parmesan cheese crisps
D - probably spaghetti squash with italian sausage and rao (low carb) marinara sauce and italian cheese blend on top, which I planned for the night before last but didn't make
10 sizes lost, 1 or 2 to go!

L: A cup of cream of mushroom and bacon soup (pretty sure it was high carb after I tasted it). Roast beef on lettuce and tomato with mayo and mustard. Iced tea
D: Hubby brought home deluxe chicken with spinach, red onion, bell pepper, and a side of ranch from Subway for me (no bread)
