Ok...so I contacted someone today about my eating disorder. I'm leary, yet hopeful. I will meet with them Monday night after work.

Goals:
1. To stick with this WOE for at least two months.
2. 1st mini goal is to get down to 300 pounds by April 11, 2017. Is it even possible?
3. To get to the gym 3-5 days a week
4. To get to bed at a decent hour every night
5. To not have snacky foods for dinner and eat like a grown up for a change.

I have been out of it too. Eating a bunch of pizza my DD wanted to bring home. It sure was fun eating it, but I had to lie real still in bed or I thought I might die of a heart attack.

Spring is almost here. Can't wait to get out in the cou8ntry areas and ride my bike around on streets lined with deep green grass and flowering weeds.

Miss you CG.

Hi GB. I used to love bike riding. But I crashed a lot. A three wheeler would be my best friend now, but the seats don't go up high enough for my long legs.

I haven't been stellar with my eats, but I am becoming more aware of them. That's a good start for me.

Awww, wish you could get a trike.

Get out and move around. Today I started a serious approach to weight loss again. Will keep you posted.
