Ending an egg fast, so I think I'm going to have a nice spaghetti squash with ground turkey and a salad today.

I skipped breakfast. I was not hungry.

The spaghetti squash is my favorite recipe so far for low carbs. It's just baked spaghetti squash, mixed with ground turkey that has been cooked with fresh pressed garlic, some finely chopped red onion, lots of oregano, salt, pepper, mixed up with cream cheese and sour cream. It tastes really gourmet!

Cream cheese and sour cream, together, make an incredibly good cream sauce base for most anything, I have discovered. I'd never have thought that since I used to make cream sauce with butter, milk, and flour, always.

no breakfast, wasn't hungry then. Making up for it by wanting to eat everything in sight now.
