Good morning

B: coffee w/cream, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 sausage patty
L: tuna salad wrapped in lettuce
D: Roast chicken, broccoli florets dipped in ranch

snacks: coffee w/cream, coffee w/coconut oil, celery w/peanut butter, cheddar cheese at bedtime.

B: 2 poached eggs on thick-cut Canadian bacon topped with Hollandaise sauce (basically eggs Benedict without the English muffin)
D: I'm making pork carnitas at home (far less expensive than going out). When they're done I'll top my serving with sliced avocado and some shredded cheddar
