Changed from Coconut oil to MCT oil!!

Hi all, Today I changed from putting Coconut oil to MCT (Faceted Coconut oil) in my morning tea after doing the Coconut oil for years. I just need to say wow!! I have so much more energy today then yesterday on the Coconut oil. It reminds me of the effect I would get when I first started Coconut oil but more intense energy.
Has anyone else noticed such a difference when they switched??

I have not noticed that kind of difference - in fact, I recently stopped using MCT oil because I ran out and decided the expense wasn't worth it. I am interested to hear if others have the same experience as you.

I also wonder if there is a quality issue between different brands of MCT oil. My most recent bottle was BP brand.

I use both MCT and CO, and haven't noticed an energy difference. I like the liquidity of MCT for adding to my coffee shop coffee (an alternative to 1/2 and 1/2, which is what is usually available). It's also good in iced coffee, although I like HWC too. And I sometimes use it my mini fat bombs.

Now Sports is the brand I typically purchase. I'll order two 32 ounce bottles and can usually get free shipping. It is expensive but lasts quite a while.

I don't notice the difference in energy, but I use both. I often use MCT oil either blended with another oil or on its own to make mayo. For the rest, I don't see the point. I use a brand that is made here in Germany and it's pretty much odour and flavour free. And about a third of the price of the well known branded BP stuff!

The coconut oils I use are EVCO and an organic expeller pressed one that has no odour or flavour. Both I use for cooking and I use the EVCO also for oil pulling and as a lotion after showering.
Do as I say, not do as I do... DEFINITELY not do as I do!!!

Day 3 and still feeling extra energy and thermogenic effect. Maybe the quality of my Coconut oil wasn't as good as my MCT oil. I bought Tonqic MCT. I can agree with the expense on some of these items. I'm hoping to learn through the forums which products are the best bang for my bucks!! Have a great day all!
