Weight Watchers or Low Carb eating?

HI there,
I hope that this is an okay place to post this question but I am trying to figure out a way of eating that I can do long term where I can focus and lose weight (more important clothing sizes.) I am considering Weight Watchers/clean eating or low carb (also clean/healthy eating but more fat.) I hope that this makes sense! I would GREATLY appreciate any thoughts or opinions that you have. I have lost about 20 pounds over the last few years with clean eating and exercise and have hit a plateau. I'm ready to take it to the next level. I would like to get in great shape and look the way that I feel. I would like to lose about 25-30 pounds but I'm more interested in my body composition and size than I am the actual number on the scale.

Anyway, thanks in advance!

I read some of the WW changes and they offer a lot of free foods now I think and of course keeping points,. ect. A friend of mine teaches it and loves it. However guess what, she's done LC and while she lost better she always went back to WW.

I personally want stable blood sugar and fruit is not part of that for me.

This is sucha personal choice but I vote LC. lol and some fasting if you are so inclined. Check out the Obesity Code and see if it makes sense. He goes into a lot of the detial of why we get fat. So critical.

Well wishes!

Thanks for the response! I'm definitely all for keeping my blood sugar levels stable and I want good numbers. I am most interested in good health. Thanks!

It is a personal choice and depends on what you can stick with as a life style.

WW allows everything and that is why people love it.

LC is restrictive and many people can't stick with it so flow back and forth not meeting their goal.
There are also people who do it with ease.

I'd suggest trying them both and see how it goes.
