I had dinner with parishioners last night at a restaurant. I got stir fry and didn't eat the rice. The stir fry made me sick. Today will be on on plan day!

I am finally back to my prevegas weight! And it's Thursday and I know weekends are always hard for me. So I am hoping to just maintain after tomorrow.

I don't think I have been eating enough the last 2 days? I have had 2 chicken breasts each day and that's really not much food. I have been fine hunger wise but my weight loss isn't happening as fast as I would think it would with that little food. It's slower than what I eat more. Today I will have a couple extra eggs and an extra chicken breast and see how that goes. I need to go buy some more chicken so I have been rationing it lol.

Snacking on my Bacon cheeseburger casserole. Oh so good. I bought a baking/roasting rack today for chicken. I normally use parchment paper but it releases water and it becomes underseasoned. Maybe that's why I don't like chicken ...it's always overly bland. Maybe then i can jump on the chicken wagon. I'd love to get weight off a bit faster lol.

Grilled a bunch of meat yesterday. I am set for awhile. Down .6 this morning. 1.4 to go to get back to my low weight. Im going to have to up the amount of time I am on plan before a planned day off. It takes too long to get back. I feel like a week is wasted. I lost 8.6lbs in May. Not bad but I could have done better if I had not went off plan a couple of times.

Kal, bacon cheesebuger casserole sounds so good. I may have to do that in a couple weeks as a treat.

Mar, are you going to make your goal? I lose really slow when I eat chicken breast because I can't force myself to eat very much of it in a day. Calories are too low for me. I lose faster on higher fat.

Welcome jeseraipetite!

Wow. sounds like everyone is having success although some not as quickly as they would like. still way to go ladies!!! i got on the scale this morning and was 162. omg.
my eating plan went well today. coffee and eggs and water with BCAAs. however when the staff meeting hit i consumed cheese and lunch meat. could be worse. no need to finish my eggs tonight as the staff meeting food was enough. will see what my weight is tomorrow. feel very tired
hope everyone has a great night

I woke up this morning cranky, bloated, and up in weight. Yay hormones. I am going to ignore the scale for a few days for my own sanity. No intentions of letting this derail me. I have lost almost 20 pounds, not gained it so I will focus on that until the scale starts moving down again. I also feel better than I have in years.

That is great, keep up the good work! What are you eating in a day?Just curious if you are following it super strict. Please don't say chicken breast. I can't do it!

Getting through with just the cheese and lunchmeat is good! I hope the scale rewards you for it.

Bratty - 20 lbs! That is fantastic!

jeseraipetite - I struggle with the not as fast as I want part. I am such a slow looser.

Kal - how's the progress towards the rewards?

Bombshell - you are doing great! Any tips to share?

Mar - are you wearing anything on your head for the wedding?

Good morning! Nothing to report. I am still on plan but the scale is bouncing back and forth. Still a bit over a pound from my low weight.

I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I struggle like that! The problem for me isn't the plan, the problem is that I'm an emotional eater and so it is hard to say on any plan. This works the best for me.

I fell off yesterday too. I couldn't take the stall and gains for the last week. The plan is hard enough when you are losing, sucks too much when you're not. Back on today. Hopefully it sticks.

Have the last portions of my cheeseburger casserole todays meals. Have chicken legs and breast as my next meal prep. Haven't decided if I want to weigh weekly or at the end of my challenge. Maybe the halfway point?

Mim, i need to change and update them.there used to be a strike through but it disappeared.

ETA: I did hit 179.and that was my lowest I remember. I worked out like crazy and ate so completely good and I didn't drink much water so I call it a bit of a fluke. I haven't been back to that so I'm working to get back there again. I had trips and parties. The trips I handled well and recovered from but the parties oh the parties....

I have just been fighting (myself) to get back to 179. Every time I hit it I stall and go offf plan or sometimes just go off plan. Very frustrating!

Yesterday was much better! My hormones are finally starting to go back to normal. I am .2 away from my low.

I too have sabotaged myself right before a major goal was hit. Many times...

I got my goal for my bet and then I celebrated by eating all the food. I really really really need to give myself non food rewards. Because now I am up 3 lbs. Back to Low carb today I am gonna enjoy a few veggies and then I will get back at it.

Can you do the bet with an added clause that you can't gain within a week or something?
It is amazing how many things are attached to food. It wasn't until I started stillman that I realized just how many things in my life had to be altered or avoided for me to remain on plan. We celebrate everything with food/ desserts. Every get together with friends or family has food involved. It's everywhere!

Mim, good luck with the scale tomorrow!
