Just walked, only about 1/2 mile but really fast and planted two plants in the flower bed. It's a start (another start) but at least it's something! I still love this thread!

Well, I didn't have any exercise time this evening. My Daddy's not doing well so I went to see him. I think that's more important at the moment but I will get some time in tomorrow!....surely.

Actually, I stayed on plan and my scale went down this morning.

Also, 30 minutes horseback today, so got in my activity!!

Hey! I saw where the thread had started over but that looks like some serious exercisers there! I'm just going to stay here awhile longer and be happy when I "just do something"! I'm just pathetic in the physical activity department! I just know if I could find something that I enjoy I could melt away. I just hate walking or anything without a purpose! I guess my health would be a good enough purpose huh?

I walked about a mile. The days are starting to get shorter. It won't be long before it will be dark before I can get home. I wish I was an early riser!

Good for you!!! Remind me again where you are located? It was a very hot and muggy 92 here today! We were lucky this summer though, it was way cooler and wetter than usual!

Walked ... just for 20 minutes, but really fast and up hills. ... 2 days in a row!

Even "lifted weights" with my 3 pound toning weights for 5 minutes! Oh well, it's a start!!

Walked again tonight! Have 0 points left but I was getting hungry so I had two pork chops and a cup of buttermilk! Most people don't like it, but it's my most filling, most favorite drink!

Pulled weeds from the entire front flower bed and raked leaves and grass clippings! Felt good to do something that accomplished something besides just walking! I wish I could always do exercise that was getting the work done!

It seems like I remember this thread moving to somewhere else but I still like to come here when "I'm trying to do good" so here I am!!

I carried what seemed like a million bricks from a patio spot (that didn't work out) back to the stack, 2 at a time. I was hot and sweaty when I was done and that never happens to me!

Also, I moved our exercise bike inside from the heat outside!

And, I've been learning a few easy yoga poses. I had no idea how much a little stretching would make me feel better! I'm stiff as a board!!

Spent 10 minutes at gym today. and 10 pushups and 20 situps on exercise ball.

Not great, but need to get started again.

I can't believe you're still here too! I'm going BACK to Weight Watchers this afternoon. I'm trying to do it low carb. Their new program encourages lower carb. It is finally a winner to me!

10 push ups and 20 sit ups sounds like a great start to me!! I'd die! But....I'm going to work my way back to real exercise!!
