Insane Salad Amount?!

Salads: Two small green salads a day each less than one cupful, loosely packed made only of leafy greens, celery, or cucumbers and radishes. Dressings with vinegar, oil, salt, dry spices, herbs, grated cheese, or anchovies. Or else a sour pickle in place of a salad. Plus… green olives.

"Less than one cupful? Loosely packed" - with celery or cucumbers and radishes, yet. That would amount to a little mound of garnishes with a few lettuce leaves sprinkled on top!

But salad greens are incredibly low carb. Please tell me this is a mistake!

Nope that's right. Atkin's 72' induction is only this strict for one week. The point is to change your body and make it a fat burning machine. After one week you add 5-8 carbs per day, of whatever you miss most and see how it affects you. Some stay on eating the same as the first week to get the maximum weight loss.

Goal 1 = 169
Goal 2 = 165
Goal 3 = 161
Goal 4 = 158
Goal 5 = 151
Final goal = 138
Challenge goal = 128
