It's THURSDAY and almost noon! What are you eating today?

Late start for everyone today???

coffee x 2
cup of broccoli/cheese soup
what ever meat I find at the store that looks like dinner. A side of mashed rutabaga.

Thursday is usually grocery shopping day. I never know what I'm eating until after the store.

B: coffee with cream and splenda
L: Rotisserie chicken dark quarter, salad with Italian dressing & parm cheese
D: 3 eggs, sauteed mushrooms

As it happens, I didn't make it to the store and am having an avocado, bacon and tomato salad with h.m. zesty Italian dressing and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

And I snacked on 2 small beef sticks and sf seeds, a grand total of maybe 12 carbs.
