Have fun Judy!!

Poor Lenny kitty. And poor Cindy kitty mama. I'm so sorry.

Karen, I'm pretty sure the peak season to rent down here is now. And that's when we'd always want to be in it. We're really not interested in owning anything this far from our home. By renting, when we walk away we have zero worries. That might change one day, but that day isn't here yet.

Oh, Cindy. I looked up FIP. It is hard to diagnose they say. Poor Lenny. And Lewis needs to have his testosterone lowered. Kittens are crazy. We just forgot how active they are cuz it was 20 years since you had one.

Have fun in Dallas..good weather for traveling.

My brother and sisterinlaw would 5th wheel it to Orlando for many winters. They ended up buying a park home, but after a few years, they sold it. Still had to pay lot rent 12 months.

Going to a Pampered Chef party tonight for a friend. I think the prices have doubled it seems.

Hi everyone..

Potluck at church.. my 4 layer lemon dessert went fast. Good thing I licked the bowl yesterday when I made it.

How is everyone? How is sweet Lenny, Cindy?? And little Lewis? Good thing you guys are healthy.

Gotta get serious about weight... Brett talked to Sarah's dad on Friday and he said it was a success. (Lol). Now to ask Sarah. I think he wants to do something creative. He took his guitar back home. (8th grade lessons). Just saying....

I am slowly getting used to my contacts. With dry eyes, it is not easy, but hopefully they will get better.

Hugs all around.

Back from Dallas trip with girlfriends - much fun!
We ate last night at a place called Rise - lots of souflees. Very good and very fun.

DD and baby Milo have the "not flu" that Maddox had last week. Will give her some relief by taking Maddox tomorrow.

Fasting is in my future....

Happy Sunday!

Frustrated on FB? Jamie posted a post and I shared it about Social Fixer which eliminates certain posts if you want. I hate to unfriend some family members. Lolol

Ohhh.. Rise sounds amazing. I used to make cheese soufflés in the olden days.

Poor kiddo. I think the "not flu" is going around here, too.

Carolyn it made me want to learn how to make a souflee.
Is it hard?
They were turning these things out by the dozens every couple of minutes.
So light and fluffy. But nice little doneness on the outside.
And they were in smaller ramekins, about as big around as the biggest circle I can make with my fingers and about 3" high - maybe more. Tall sides, then the souflee rose another 3" from the top of the ramekin.

Carolyn, forgive me for barging in, and going completely off topic, but I have a question about Kevin's Orange Almond cake which I see in the thread that you have made. His recipe just says Wheat Protein Isolate...do you recall if you used 5000 or 8000?

Sunny, I can't remember..long time ago..Maybe someone on the Recipe thread remembers..

Judy, not too hard..I think the temp of the ingredients is crucial and no little kids jumping in the kitchen..They must have been marvelous...

Hahahaha!!!
How did you know I had a little kid jumping in my kitchen today?? You are funny.

Horrible/wonderful news, a guy I know called me to work for him today.
Much less grandchildren time coming up.
Very grown up person about to happen. *sigh*

Bummer on the work deal, but you were there when you were needed.

Dh has lost 7 pounds this month by skipping breakfast. He admitted he does drive to Casey's for a coffee with cream.

For men anyway, lol.

Well, we're coming back here next year but we're coming down right after Thanksgiving and then flying home for a week at Christmas!!! We really love it here and feel very blessed to have found this place for our first winter away. I've never seen so many friendly people!!!

We're going on a Sunset Dinner Cruise Friday night and then we're having a casino night here at the park Saturday night. That should be fun, but I'll miss my dancing!

I've gained almost 5#!!!! Yikes!!! I have to stop this insanity and it's my plan every morning to do just that, but I just can't seem to keep on track.

Hi Sandy... sounds like a great plan!!! You are a friendly person...that's why you find people friendly. You'll do fine..only 5 pounds is great. I usually gain 5 pounds a week when I'm away. Lol

I ate 2 of the biscuits and froze the other three so Dh would not find them. Of course he isn't eating bf...

I also made a mini chocolate cake. It sunk in the middle, so it is like a lava cake. Lolol

Well according to my monthly average I'm only up about 2.5 but I really need to be cautious. I certainly don't want to have to completely start over when I get back home. Plus, I don't want all my clothes to get too tight while I'm here!

Oh good idea with the name for next month!

Sandy, sounds like the food fun isn't doing as much damage as thought.
But I get you on the clothes. Tight clothes that used to fit make me feel a vast array of feelings and none of them are good.

Carolyn I've had an unintentional lava cake before - happy accident!
