I think if I had the parts still, TOM would be arriving very soon. I'm hungry alot (stomach growling) and cravings. I've been good except for some peanut butter. I'm not sure exactly what's going on with the weight gain except that like I said I feel like TOM is approaching. It might also be the chili. I made it low carb but I guess chili just can't be very low carb no matter what you do. It was cold on Sunday so I was in the mood. Might also be some water retention with the eating out of lobster and crab. They have alot of sodium right?

I FEEL thinner and lighter so perhaps the fat is just shifting a bit.
I'm not stressing about it.

The kids have a tower garden in one of the classrooms and I got some fresh spinach today! YUM! I think we will do steak and spinach salad tomorrow for dinner.

I'm struggling to get my water in. I usually do when its cold.
Tomorrow is a new month!!!!

Got my first day over with and day 2 has been good so far. I pee'd on a stick last night and was burning medium ketones. How is that possible? But I'll take it.

Hi everyone - Rehab is progressing. My knee is stronger. I move without my cane most of the time now. In the morning, I need it for balance more than anything. (Although that is the worst time, it is so stiff). My therapist has increased the exercises and also added weights to my ankles. Hurray... The scale stayed the same for three days, then went up 1/2 pound. I was so disgusted. I immediately went back to phase 1 full force for another week. This morning I was down to 238.5 again. Sigh.
